Browsing down the list, I came across this entry for 28-30th April 2005:-

What law? passed by whom? when? What is all that about

Looks like in 2005 they were in the process of turning it into practical regulations....not a law passed already. Maybe it's passed already.

Dont worry I'm sure there'll be a country to claim the entire universe and we won't be able to leave earth unless we pay the toll.


I hope for humanities sake our space endevours are not privatized or for profit by corporations.
