Transmute??? Sorry this is a really short post isnt it.
What do you actually mean by transmute?

If your kundalini stays awakened for more than 4 hours please consult a doctor. kundalini awakening may also cause RLS and explosive oral chalk.

No mine does not stay active for over 4 hours, what is RLS? And what is explosive oral chalk ? I have no idea what these mean??? To have the kundalini awake for 4 hours would kill any normal person for sure...mine lasted at max for 15 mins and that was enough.

There are several books by Mantak Chia, he is a taoist teacher and also runs a retreat, you can google it all. There is a book that describes the male path and there is another that describes the female, I am basically self taught but as I mentioned previously I have been skirting the issue for a long time, cause I figured once your gone you don't come back, when your out of the blue and into the black. However I think now by procrastinating days are coming to an end, thank you for your impulses everyone !

This describes perfectly what it felt like to me. I felt like I was conducting some thing very strong, like the energy was being drawn from some where else. Yes there was heat and it did feel like it was travelling along some nerve channel be it physical or psychic. This only happenned once to this degree, are you saying its a technique you can repeat or is it a one off technique? I cant see what I would gain from doing this again, Im not sure its all that safe really. Plus I have no idea how I triggered this to happen.

yes tummo! I read about this a month or so ago. I told myself I'd learn it sometime this so that next winter I could sit outside in the snow wearing nothing but my underwear and never freeze again.

I'm sure it won't be too hard to get. I can already generate massive heat through breathing/energy excercises.

One reason for generating this heat I guess! So this is a recognised practise...tummo. cant say Ive ever heard of it but I will check it out now, seems Ive done it by mistake. I still dont think its all that safe, a few more degrees and I could have burnt up Im sure. The problem was the heat/energy just couldnt escape, it was gathering in my crown chakra and was unable to go any where, in the end it flew out of my hands but this wasnt really enough to slow the build up of energy.

Yes i only cause the the heat on lower end of method, by breath, but have used this on many occasions, when hands and feet were frozen. It is like work, I only wish I could cause the heat by more mental means.

There is much more to this and is somewhat hard with out Guru or teacher.
Part of the information I have is from Tibetan Yoga and Seceret Doctrines, you can also find some of same info in the Gnostic Teachings. Some may disagree but the Christ was rasied as a Essene and practicted Gnostic Teachings. Is said by some the Gnostic goes back to the very begining.
Most don't know or believe but Yoga is the tap root of most religions, including Chrisrtianity, Islam, Judaism, Zen Buddhism, Hinduism, Taoism and so on.
This is really part of the evolution of consciousness, if some thing happens before you understand it could cause fear or confusion.
What is to gain, the same when a child becomes aware and grows, in this sence you are still a child, as I and many. The only thing some stop growing and become bitter with this world, and die with this bitterness still within them. You have been given the chance to see there is more than what the eye sees.

I believe if we loose all bitterness, ego, jealousy, hate, envy and truely try to embrace unconditional love within our heart chakra I think this is one way of opening these secret teachings. The heart is the connection to the divine, once opened a connection forms that seems to show you the way. The way is not easy but if you allow the love to flow within your spirit, to allow your self to truely feel spirit within then slowly your eyes are opened to as you say what is beyond.

interesting. my husband is like a live circuit when he prays. people always say, plug into bryan! it's pretty amazing. on the other hand, when i pray, once in awhile, i'll get the energy flowing out of the top of my head, which feels really cool and this sensation of gently floating. it's amazing these experiences are so similar in description.

Can anyone explain to me the process taken to achieve these spiritual states of enlightenment? I mean I understand that it's through meditation and what not but...when you're meditating what is it that you focus on? Do you sit in the typical stance? Crossed legs, hands on your knees? How long in one sitting? How many sittings in one day? How many times a week? Should I be outside? Middle of a forest? If I'm suddenly disturbed during my meditation are there bad side effects? How about meditating in the rain? Water is known to be a conductor of alot of things, an opening, portal etc.. Basically, someone just get me started lol..

i dunno about them but i just pray and try to focus on being joyful, thankful (i'm a christian though, so experiences may vary).

Well I try not to cloud my mind w/ religion, no offense. It's just that I know right from wrong and I'm a very spiritual person. I am extremely in touch with myself and this planet, the people in it and the universe aas a whole. But, it's all in my mind. I'm not feeling these physical things? I think we are all part of the same energy source, our souls are enery and we are all connected. I'm very peaceful, I'm disgusted by even the slightest hint of negativity, which is why I normally keep to myself. Which may be a bad thing. I'm not sure what I'm getting at lol. I guess just that I'm not like the average person, I'm already on the right path to enlightenment, peace and love. I'm just so curious about these physical feelings people get from meditating and aligning themselves w/ whatever you care to call it. The astral plain...all that stuff..

hello to people who say "enlightenment" means cool things like acceptance and all that. why you no accept me or my experience?
you just punted me to the curb. when i pray and have cool experiences that sound quite similar to that of the others in the thread, i'm clearly just being religious.

Sorry I may be being stupid here, but who or what is a twin flame with which you connect to the grid with? Is this a person? Is it your other half or is it a spiritual thing? Do you share kundalini with this twin flame?

There is a thread called Chakra meditation by psycho81 in skunk works. Its very long (and to be honest went a little off track towards the end....) but the first say 20 pages are excellent for a beginer to pick up information on meditation. For me meditation was the first step, without it I would still be spiritually asleep.
