Stride gum commercials...didnt you just see this coming

So, years ago, Stride started advertising about their gum being so long lasting that one stick would last so long that you wouldnt need to chew another, or something to that affect. Two things came to mind in the beginning...if it lasts that long, they are going to go broke in a year from lack of sales, and there is no way that a stick of gum is going to last very long.

Now, they have revamped their commercial concept. Rams attacking people in the streets, stealth attack polka dancers...culminating with a hit squad swooping in and stealing the ejected gum.

Its hilarious sometimes to see the flip.

My personal favorite is the one with the Russian(?) wrestler. Don't know why, just his amicable chatting in some unknown, to me, language before molesting the unsuspecting gum-chewer is just really funny.

A great add campaign in terms of the mileage they've gotten out of it.
