I have noticed that when the ATS error screen comes up, such as when ever I am directed to a page that was deleted, or did not exist, or some other problem like that, it always comes up with the ATS layout for its 10th birthday. It is the old design, and when I try to navigate from that page, it won't let me, since its the old design.

I'm curious, can it, or will it be changed. It seems like a really old change of pace when it occurs. And, has anyone else noticed it?

I've noticed it. It's a bit annoying but I just use the browser "back" button when I land on it.

I imagine it's probably on SO's list with the rest of the site redesign, but probably not a high priority.
