I'd agree with you there wholeheartedly, and also add a "however" to it. Now would be the time to talk to them rationally and calmly, and remember that just because they were not ready then, they may be now.

People take things at different times and in different ways, but the hope is that eventually all paths will lead to a unified center.

Just because your path through the swamp leads you there, does not mean that someone following your map and taking the same steps will get there as well. They may have started at the mountain 5 miles away, and your steps will lead them to a cliff.

To be honest, I wouldn't mind a one world government..I just don't want the world to governed by one leader..I think I would be OK if there were many leaders from different cultures in the world.

Laugh it up all you want. We on the fringes said they were trying to unite the USA/Canada/Mexico over 14 years ago. 14 years we warned about it. Look at it now coming home to roost.

We warned about Bosnia being used to build terror camps to train muslims and the USA protecting them, and look at the way that went. Bosnia is now a terror haven, and the USA protected them.

It's obvious that the USA is moving socialist and in some was fascist, just as Europe moved socialist and Russia and China moved to a more capitalist system...

Thing is, we aren't going to have a world economy if we don't align ourselves so that this is going on is a given...

My bigger concern is how once it's established we as the people of the world assure our rights within it and and establish democratic controls across the whole thing.

Right now it's a dictatorship... and it's a chicken and egg situation, tell the people and they won't let it happen, don't tell them and it's a dictatorship and everything we feared it would be in the first place...

But they may be right in doing it, the consequences could be far worse, without it in terms of division and failure of a global economy to exist and we can not afford to make the big steps without some form of global currency and government

all very damned if you do and damned if you don't kind of stuff...

I don't however think, that assuming all involved are evil is the answer, participation, control from within is probably the only real option for getting to the bottom of it all and seeing we maintain our freedoms and those at the top don't keep the power for too long once they form it...

The problem is most people today don't see what's wrong with socialism, what's wrong with new world order, what's wrong with taking away our rights on a daily basis. They don't understand what levelling the playing field for everyone would do, they don't see how if things keep going the way they have been, no one's going to be able to get ahead. People need to be educated about their world!

its not about diversity, its about the spirit of our leaders. the elite do not care about the people of our planet. all their efforts go towards death, consumption, and their own hyper-sense of security. in order for global unity to exist, we must shift powers and make love our common goal. we know how to solve our world problems. our leaders rather only go to war.

I wish all of those people listened to me rather than dismissing what I said as crazy.
