And it is just a little too coincidental that he would have to return to Hawaii RIGHT NOW( of all times) to come up with some type of birth certificate because he and the DNC are panicking! This is just a the theory of course but in the light of things seems plausible!

In the court documents, it was accepted by the court that the copies that were submitted by Obama attorneys were corrupted and altered. Read the filings. Page eight on the site below.

This is where it is going to get real suspensful. If he produces a birth certificate that is not identical to the one submitted to the court, he's screwed. If the document is not of the same grade paper and ink and type of that era... he's still screwed. I am beginning to wonder if even Barack himself was even aware that he was not a natural born citizen of the US and he went to Hawaii to find it out for himself once and for all.

Surrick has apparently thrown the case out per America's Right which is maintained by a law student who works at the court. Incidentally this site was very much looking to ruling in favor of the Plaintiff.

The american people need to wake up! It takes more than popularity to be a president. These times we are in demand a president that can handle stressful conditions. Besides that ......the constitution spells out the rules clearly. Obama doesn't meet the requirement. No the real question is:

Yeah, didn't take it long to go there did it? Of course not! I am not saying he did anything to his grandmother, And I meant no disrespect to his grandmother.Who knows? do you have proof that his grandmother is sick? Nor do I have proof she's not. That is not the issue, the issue is he was ordered to produce his vault birth certificate and since he said he was born in Hawaii makes since he would need to go there to retrieve the document or grease some palms whichever the case may be.

As I stated, it will now move at light speed to the US Supreme Court. It will be carried there by a special writ that allows for such a procedure when there is an apparent national or Constitutional crisis unfolding and the Court is needed to decide on behalf of all the people. On Monday it will go to the Court of appeals. If rejected, to the Supreme Court. If accepted, it will be appealed to the Supreme Court. But it is on the way now to the Supreme Court by Friday.

OK! Whatever you people need to cling to your delusions. I am still waiting for someone to explain to me why none of the other presidential candidates with their MILLIONS of dollars to spend on ads noone will see or hear or read have not pursued this even a little? Are all the Republicans in on this too?

One more thing, apparently new evidence in the form of a video tape of Grandma in Kenya is going to be added. And it will be played on TV anyway no matter what, so that will change a lot of peoples minds about Obama. I would not vote for any person even suspected of not being a natural born US citizen.

Even if this isn't settled before the election it will be settled after and then Obama will be impeached. My question is, will Biden take over?

It had nothing to do with "evidence" having a lack of standing. Yes, the evidence was mostly circumstantial. But it had to do with the laws on the book basically saying that a voter has no standing in the courts to question a candidates eligibility. And it's not so much that the laws say voters DON'T have standing, it is more that there are no laws that state voters DO have standing.

Which is, frankly, hosed. But that's the way things stand so far
