Hangover and Gazrok, if the astronauts are going faster then time passes more slowly for them, but that would mean they went into the future does it not? Lets say the astronauts flew around space for a while at the speed of light and then came back to Earth. The astronauts would be relativley the same age, but like 1000 years would have passed on Earth and they would be in the year 3000.

Maybe I'm lookin at it wrong, but how would you travel back in time?

I have never understood the concept of Time Travel, considering that Time does not exist as a force light gravity or light, it is difficult to understand how anyone thinks they can manipulate it to such a degree.

Relativity effects aside even if it were physically possible there is really a more complex problem that the 'grandfather' concept would lead you to believe. As usual we have simplifed the idea down quite a bit to make it easier to understand.

What we call history is made up of the decisions and actions of everyone on the planet moment to moment. Change even the smallest thing and you start a progression that echos for decades if not longer. It is not a matter of doing something radical like killing your grandfather, do anything that affects anyone and all of history would change. The farther back in Time you go, the more powerful an effect you would have.
