After posting a thread and its gone into the wrong area . Is it possible to move and edit it??

Hi I posted one called Anmials in Disguise and it went into the chit chat section!! I also wanted to edit it whenit goes back so I can propose that if the anmials are so good at disguise then maybe foregin visitors are as well!!
