I hope and pray she makes it through to the Election.
She did a fantastic job raising her Grandson of whom she must be very proud.
I’d hate for Senator Obama’s greatest achievements to be marred by one of his greatest loses.
For the whole Families sake it would be wonderful if she could share in the Election Celebration.
If he wins, well, what a dream come true for a proud TuTu! (Grandmother).

Either way, whether she makes it to that day or not, and whether Obama gets elected or not, she can leave here proud of the man she raised.

A long, drawn-out death can be pretty miserable for all involved.

My thoughts are with them both.

Please excuse me while I consider this comment extremely insensitive. I wouldn't want Obama to become president. But please do not be so cynical as to think that he's using his dying grandmother as a ploy to get more votes.

She should be ashamed of having raised a NWO-shill. He's a tool for enslaving humanity. It's sad that she had good intentions and that his grandson is a piece of trash.

Can the hysterics and be nice, someone is nearing death and a grandson is approaching grief.

Simple human decency should cause you to hold your tongues.

it's shallow and disgusting that he publicises his grandmother's illness in this way. that is personal... i don't care if his grandmother is doing the hop skip or if she is in her death bed.

this is no more than a plea to get people to vote for him.

this man is no better than bush in my eyes. why should i have faith in a man just because he repeatedly emphasises the word 'change' ? as far as i can see, the only change he has in mind is the change that bush was instigating.

I'd say worse things have been done.
I'd rather see Obama win than McCain on my limited knowledge,it's nothing to do with trying to slur a political candidate.

I'm just experienced with human nature and using any 'opportunity' that presents itself.

Besides.. I've watched far too many 'Pop Idol/American Idol' shows to not even consider it a possibility.

God bless his grandmother. I loved mine more than ANYTHING, and took care of her till the day she died. I remember everything she taught me and I was not raised by her. It has been 13 years since her death and I still hurt when I think about her.

i value human life more than the joy to smear obama... i will send prayers to her...

Unbelievable!!!!! The woman is very elderly, she broke her hip, I am a nurse and can tell you that 8 times out of 10 when a very elderly person does that it more than often leads to their death. That was an awful thing to say!

I see the appeal to simple human decency has had no effect on some here.

How would you like it if someone said the same things about you or insinuated that you are having your grandmother killed.
