It is my pleasure to introduce tinWiki's newest Editor, skeptic1. TinWiki can only benefit from skeptic1's presence. Thank you for accepting the offer.

Congratulations are certainly in order!

Seeing this pop up on the main page only serves to remind me that I need to try and set more time aside for tinWiki. My contributions have trailed off recently, and that's a shame.

I know we'll see good things from skeptic1.

WOS ... do you mean "Master tinWiki Editor" ?

... remember our U2Us and all my posts on the subject?

Congratulations SKEPTIC1.

Keep up the good work.

Thanks so much. I really appreciate this and will work hard to help to improve one of the best Wikis on the web....

If there are any specific things that I need to do or learn to do or brush up on, just point me in the right direction. I am a quick learner.

AllSeeingI....I love the crowns (the first one you did best, after considerable thought), but I don't know if I am 'crown worthy master editor' yet.
Although, I do love things of the shine and sparkle variety.

you tripled the contribution requirement for the basic"tinWiki Editor" badge,
and of the 30+ articles you created;
12 are filled requests and
10 are "tinWiki Awesome Award" worthy
plus you have over 10 edits/tweaks of other's articles
plus checked for spelling and grammar on all that you have read
plus you made your own contribution page that has all of this neatly listed/organized

this was by no means a quick simple task...
you set the bar to where i think we all should strive to reach
in the the process have successfully put us all to shame
(but in the best possible way)

...and i can't help but note the time and effort i have put into developing these recognitions, because i think they are sorely needed, plus WOS gave me a nod on this and you are the prime model from which to mark this stellar level of achievement.

My mind, when properly medicated, is a dangerous thing.

When it's not.....well, it can get ugly....fast. Never known for violence but well known for snarkyness and quick wit and sarcasm.

I just really like it here....the serious stuff and the fun stuff. And, with feeling like I do, I want to make all aspects of ATS, but especially tinWiki, better if I can.

ok here's an update on the new awards:

Some may or may not make the cut...

There are some technical hoops, that would need some hopping, on the ATS side of things...
whereas in tinWiki, we can pretty much do anything that floats our collective fancy...
well, within reason of course

WOS is currently working out some logistics behind the scenes and seeking feedback on some issues.

In the meantime, i'm going to work on some smaller-alternative versions of the
"tinWiki Awesome Article Award".
