Thanks for the posting.
I love how this type of thread is haled when a forum moderator makes it, and criticized when a regular member makes one.
I think back to the "How to make contact with ETs" thread or "prof of alien contact" thread (not sure if that was the titles are, but close enough).

I do think we are capable of incredible things in our subconscious, and could even manifest our findings into our perceived reality.
I agree what the OP says.

but its funny how other members have said the same thing and been flamed for it in the past.
Perhaps that was the old ATS.

good thread. visual meditation is a very powerful tool and if used correctly 'may' give the desired result.

this goes for loosing weight, getting yourself out of depression, being a better person and yeah.....maybe evan meeting an ET.

if you are willing to try skyfloatings technique, dont be dissapointed if it dosent work. in my experiance it takes months, if not years to really be able to manifest the full abilities that meditation has to offer.

be openminded and make sure you are ready for whatever comes your way....

So do you consider members asking for me to be de-modded and banned (see last page) a "hailing" of this thread?

Greetings to all here. Your post is one that I can relate to Zeph. Last year I was involved with ATS under the username of emanresui. I attempted to subtly influence people to make contact with a method that I thought might work. I was perhaps unnecessarily concerned about the mib trying to stop me from trying this myself, so that's why I suggested that others try my method for physical contact also. The reasoning was that if enough tried this, someone might get results & then share with the rest of us. Anyways, I had originally planned to try this with a friend & his dog on xmas eve, but he sustained an injury that made his presense impossible. I think it was the eve of the 28th @ about 8 that I took off walking to a near by secluded spot. Part of the way there a snow machine was coming up slowly behind me. When it was about 20 yard back I turned around to face it. A woman who was in my estimation underdressed for the minus 15 degree weather was drivng. Most of my attention was fixed directly on her & not the sled she was pulling. She said she was going upriver & actually asked me if I wanted a ride. I told her that I was just going to the other side of the island to 'pray', & then asked her if she thuoght it'd be safe. She told me to "look out for steam". As she moved ahead of me on the trail, I couldn't help noticing that there were 2 small cloaked/covered figures in th sled she pulled. I'm not sure exacty when, but it soon occurred to me that I may've missed the opportunity of a lifetime...then again it could've just been some children who weren't curious enough to unveil themselves to take a look at the stranger? I got off the trail & walked about 100 yards more through dense foliage so as not to be disturbed. When I found a good hiding spot for et to meet with me I sat there for about 20 minutes thinking it's going to happen. A strong sense of dread overtook me, so I went back home; no lost time or anything to report. I'll always wonder if she was the intended contact. Fear will keep me from further investigation for now. I personally don't doubt that contacts happen, but with what? Maybe sometime when I have nothing to lose I'll try again then report one way or another.

A funny thing is that when people are on the verge of their evidence they suddenly chicken out and go away. This is common phenomenon. Maybe thats what happened to you too. Nice story.

I would like to jump in here and reinforce what Sky has just said:

This method is, as many others, a method in COMMUNICATION.

Because people in general have been taught to distrust practically everything that can lead to personal power and affirmation (which is being outgrown and changed as we speak...), most will view this with reticence and jump to ready-made conclusions on themes of which they really know nothing about.

The human being and the energies that give life to the Human experience, are capable of things unimaginable to the common person, who is filled with dread and anxiety while trying to sort the economic puzzles that have been thrown at them to keep them where they are.

This infinite potential can and WILL be tapped, and this method of awakening to deeper senses of communication and perception, is just one of many possible and eminently reachable steps at this juncture.

As with any communication, DISCRETION AND JUDGMENT are paramount and signs of an intelligent being at work.

You cannot meet anymore demons with your mind that you could in the Internet, for example...

It would be childish and even irresponsible to blame the channel for our lack of attention, and as with any attempt at contact with "strangers", precautions and AN INTELLIGENT AND INFORMED APPROACH are the best way to avoid unpleasant surprises.

This having been brought to the attention of the user, the fact remains that, while handling effectively such channels, the energetic components of communicator and receiver fall into play a lot more than realized in typical "physical" communications, and one can, with enough motivation, discriminate quite easily the "character" of a reachable contact at the other end.

In essence, the same applies to every level of desire and yearning to reach out, where our best judgment and interior well being are always expected...

Meditation is very benefical and relaxing but requires constant pratice to achieve the personal results or goals.

People trying this type of meditation straight off the bat will achieve nothing that is why when you reach a certain level you can move onto the next. It is a natural progression and not dangerous as the higher you go the more your mind expands and is open to the different experiences and feelings that will happen.

It is like someone just taking up golf and shooting a course record on their first round!!! It just doesnt happen!!!

So dont be critizing the publishing of the techniques because its not going to send anyone to the nuthouse and MAYBE someone might even learn something!!!

My experience with these evil beings has not been good.

I think that heeding my warnings (made from personal experience) would be the most intelligent thing to do.

Seriously man, give me some proof that these guys are good guys, don't just say stuff like claiming that it's "fear mongering" and stuff without showing some sorta logic at least, rally man, I and everyone else here need proof, I garrantee you if a Christian made a thread on here about how to contact God he/she would have there thread locked or even banned.

Most people on here foolishly "worship" aliens to them aliens are "God", they think aliens are the "saviors of mankind", yet we have never, ever seen anything good come from the abductions, never heard a story about anything good comeing outta these abductions.

The burden of proof rests on your sir/mam, I'm just telling people to use caution when trying to make contact on such an intimate level with beings they know nothing about, you are telling them that I am some foolish, small minded fear monger.

Prove that they are our saviors, prove that what you are telling people to do is safe.

Your experience has not been good, mine has. Ive previously explained why its been good (because my practice is not fear-based). Ive also explained that we no longer require "proof" when we lay claim to this as a personal experience.

This is not necessarily true for everyone and always and across the board. Its a generalization. There are people that require only ONE thought in order to have an experience a few seconds later (one of those type of people posted in this thread).

But the one thing that comes to mind is that you are not very well informed, and this should be an enticement to continue to search.

The fact that you are here in ATS means that you are open to certain arguments and information, for it could not be otherwise.

Many others as well as I, have been publishing and disclosing information on the ENORMOUS amounts of positive information received and LIVED, designed not only to uplift our spirits, but to LITERALLY help shift Humanity into deeper areas of self-awareness and deliberate well-being...

Some people have been inviting me to start a thread to share my methods and levels of experience, and I will soon, but since Sky has also invited to share experiences here, I will give you something to think about.

My experiences with inner communication methods, and the constant pursuit of perfecting these mechanisms as well as MY OWN IDEAS about what Life and reality is and can be, have led me to contact,also but not only, with what some of you would call the Soul, as well as other "life experiences". I will refer to this as a higher self, although there really is nothing higher about that ASPECT and deep reality to which I "belong", other than the perspective it offers while viewing my life and times here and now.

Not only are there NO contradiction between "Aliens" and the Divine aspects of our being, but rather, when anyone becomes clear-headed enough to see the signs, you get to realize that there is just a NEW EXTENSION on how the Divine dramas and ideals are worked out in the physical Universe.

In fact, most of the information and knowledge I receive, is often mutually "reinforced" by both "sides" if you will, and while the extent of my communications does not stop there, a good litmus test for the general "character" of my interlocutors I can easily discern by their general level of resonance with the messages I have come to know and expect from the source at hand.

I have had too "scary" experiences, that shook me well enough to make stop even for a while... But, as I said before, eventually you are shown that FEAR is the real enemy, and that there is no harm that can befall you any graver than the one you inflict to yourself by remaining in ignorance and isolation.

So, Aliens would be angels as could ANYONE OF GOOD HEART AND WILL, and of those we have so many here and now, being ignored everyday as they bring hope and light to the corners of our minds and the world where there is none.

It's time that people begin to realize that REAL protection comes from knowing how to handle the ever-expanding exterior and interior environments, and not by staying "safely" and forever trapped in the cages of fear and prejudice for so long have been bought sold and pushed onto the people.

Get out, experience, learn, and when in doubt, ASK. But get out...

Most posts I read seemed pretty supportive of your research. I think you are to be encouraged. To me, ET seems like a trickster or deceiver. So, in dealings, it might be helpful to use the same approach. That's what I feel.

Anyhow, if you can gain their confidence, maybe you can take a note of their technology. Whether they actually use a particular technology or not they still could be aware of it's existence.

For example; Are they aware of any not too difficult practical devices that would produce ZPE.

Of course if they weren't using a particular technology it might be difficult to gain info on it. But if we assume that you are contacting them through some form of telepathy, why not look deeper into their minds than perhaps they intended for you to.

I have a much easier way of doing this. I use my technique for differnet reasons but it also works just as well for connecting with our star friends. I have been reluctant for a few days now of whether or not to write about this for the fear of being laughed at but after experimenting with this I have come to the conclusion that it would be foolish of me not to speak of this. I think I have figured it out and it is really quite easy to do. Hear me out.

We all have the ability to communicate with them but not with our physical bodies, only our energy as a whole at the quantum level (our soul; or consciousness). A few have told me that if we were to physically meet I would become very ill or even die due to radiation from them. They prefer to communicate with the soul because the physical body continues to sleep in bed safe from harm, whilst a large percentage of the person's soul (awareness) in the controlled lucid dream is able meet them and be just aware as you are at this very minute unlike the usual blurry and fragmented dreams we are used to. The vibrational range that physical matter exists to us in our dimension is too low to allow for instant travel and extremely sensitive to unknown bacteria or viruses, hense our physical bodies can not do this. But, we know that our consciousness can seperate itself from our physical bodies because of things like remote viewing, near death experiences and most importantly; when we dream. When the soul leaves the body and piece of it always has to stay behind to keep the physical body alive, except when a person actually dies. Remote viewers are able to remote view because they can send a piece of their awareness (the soul) to the location they want to view and that piece or fraction of the remote-viewer's soul in turn communicates back to the physical body in the form of the viewer seeing the location.

Now here's the key :. When we dream the same thing happens. A portion of our soul remains with the physical body that is sleeping and using only a small amount of energy to keep the body alive; the rest of the person's soul and consciousness connects to one of an infinite amount of dimensions that we also live in (the dream itself) and so the person has a dream. For a small period of time the consciousness of the individual from this dimension gets to experience the consciousness of themselves in a different dimension that they normally have no control over and so they have to go with the flow of the dream.

HERE'S WHAT TO DO. I've been teaching myself a technique so that I can lucid dream more often and therefore HAVE CONTROL of my dreams. The technique involves this. Everyday, about 3 or 4 times when I open a door I think to myself the words 'I'm awake, I'm awake'. Now when I go to sleep at night, if there is a door in the dream and I open it the words 'I'm awake, I'm awake' pop into my awareness and am able to begin lucid dreaming. From here it's simply a matter of where or when you want to go. It would take me forever to write about some of the places I have been able to go just by wanting to go there in my dream. The thing is that you can only go to places that another piece of you soul (as a whole) is existing in, in that I mean you cannot say to yourself 'right I want to fly about the sky' and then you do that. If another you in another dimension is flying about in the sky then you will connect with that piece of soul. Imagine the soul as a bunch of grapes; each grape is a different expereince but they are all part of the same bunch and the bunch in connect to the vine that feeds the grapes into existence (The Creator that all our souls are connected to and are a piece of; each soul like a droplet of water seperated from the ocean of consciousness).

it's something that just started showing up recently when I'm meditating

white star on a black background - and nothing else - except that the star changes size/brightness

I just thought it was interesting that you gave this as a beginning focal point - since I was already seeing it :-)

I haven't really thought about what it meant - past thinking it's very beautiful

Its not like I havent received any communication regarding technical details and descriptions. The problem is that I dont comprehend any of it. Im not a very technical thinker unfortunately.

Is it risky to do this at a young age? What age would you recomend doing the meditation? Because i don't want to lose my mind looking at the ether plane or what ever it is called
