Who do I see to get those 9 minutes and 53 seconds of my life back?

Oh my. I really hate that I changed my "Disbelieve-o meter" so it no longer pegs out at 10. It hits a clear 9.9 with Blondie here though.

First of all the question is how did he get here, he sure traveled 1000s of years to finally arrive at planet Earth(he might be sent to end the civil war in america but arrived a few wars later )
ps only a foton qualifyes for the speed of light and not a single element more

2. looks like he didnt have any problem with gravity here ( a few years back a russian astronaut arrived from a couple of months spent in space and he couldnt get up for months because his bone structure has weaken of the non gravity life up there

3. How come he looks human(human cant travel that far in space) , and why the # of all the species in this world would he choose human to comunicate with ( having in mind crocodiles are the oldest and tons of others who are more inteligent than human)

For the record i do belive that we are not alone in the universe , but talking about alien on earth is absolutley absurd
