How does this info look "very legit"? It's a YouTube video that doesn't provide any sources and conveniently sets up a government denial/cover up scheme to cover its tracks.

Plus it's Hal Turner.

When watching the video I cam upon this discussion.


This fraudulent and illegal tactic is well explained in the book: HOW TO RIG AN ELECTION: Confessions of a Republican Operative Author: ALLEN RAYMOND.

Can anyone verify that what he says is in fact a tactic mentioned in the said book? Because I haven't read the book.

Hal turner isn't really a very trust worthy or legit source in my opinion.
