EU Leaders Call for Global Currency

www.blacklistednews.com

Sarkozy, Gordon Brown, and EU honcho José Manuel Barroso are talking up an international summit to discuss an “urgent overhaul of the world’s financial architecture,” that is to say a new Bretton Woods to establish a brand spanking new international economic order. Sarkozy has managed to grab George Bush’s ear and he will travel to Washington on Saturday to lay the groundwork for a conference.

Why does this not surprise me? Honestly, NWO is getting pretty darn scary. Our economic crisis is certainly a necessary precursor for a global currency. Be aware folks, and let see what kind of jive talk were going hear as to why this is the perfect solution to our economic woes. As the end of the article states "Certainly, the elite cooked up an appropriate global crisis, now they will engage in a full court press to establish a global currency and eventually a global government."

If we don't fight this it won't be long before the sheeple will be lead to slaughter or slavery.

Well, if we do get a one world currency, I hope they do not put political figures on, nor royal figures on them like most currencies. And I'd appreciate the paper money to be colorful and vary in size. I always found it more enjoyable to pay for things in other countries than the U.S. using colorful and diverse sizes of bills. Also, could the coins also be made with those inserts that are of different metals than the circular part around the center? I like to be amused when I pay more for something than it is really worth.

Can you explain how a global currency and government = slaughter and or / slavery?

Seems like an obvious eventual step.

How is it going to be a "global currency" when half the world won't want anything to do with it?

I can just imagine all of the middle east wanting to be part of this.
Yeah right.

So it's really only going to be at the most a WESTERN world currency.

Why am I not surprised? They are already saying that the economic crisis has proved that capitalism has failed. Newsweek, that filthy communist rag, even had an article saying that capitalsm must be replaced and it's all the republicans fault etc. etc. Well the republicans are socialists too, but the democrats and the communists have no differences whatsoever.

How ironic, a full centralized statist intervention in the form of easy credit through the government agencies fannie mae and freddie mac created this mess. It was based on the usual socialist assumption that if you just give money away to the 'needy' the world will be a better place. In the end they defined needy as their bankster friends and foreign governments who knew the US would back the lousy credit with taxpayer funds.

So creeping socialism created this mess (during a democratic administration), and creeping socialism preserved this mess (the democrats resisted reform), but the conclusion is that capitalism has failed and so we need more socialism. I have to admit it's brilliant. Destroy the economy through central planning and then say that it's the capitalists fault.

Now they are saying that's not enough, we need worldwide socialism to save the day! People are actually believing this crap. He who controls the currency controls the country. The evil creeps aren't satisfied with their power and wealth they want more. Now we can inflate everyone's economy my printing the world currency at will. The antichrist will have an easy time of it, given how utterly clueless the masses are.

I'm somewhat conflicted by the NWO and its plans. I think the world gov/financial system has been operating for sometime. The IMF/WB/UN have been in world control for awhile. The global currency has been the dollar as reserve currency.

We may actually be witnessing the death throws of the NWO. I'm not sure either way, but it's 50/50 in my mind. The fall of the Bankers would definitely be the beginning of something profound since they have reined in western society since the 17th century and Amsell Rothschild.

Furthermore, it is the natural thing to try New Currencies when old ones are debased. Problem is, it never works. Study any instance of hyperinflation in history and you will find several New new currencies added after removing several zeros. A horse by any other name is still a horse. Only a return to non-fiat ends the vicious cycle of debasement.

you mean venezuela, bolivia, russia and (maybe) iran ?

who was saying "they'll get it by consent of by force" ?

the slaughter is actually just before: in the world war that will be driven to impose it along with extremely fascist society (in which Arts or Love will be considered as terrorists activities).

bretton woods was finally concluded toward the very end of WW2, not before.

current agenda is not entirely clear yet.
be ready

Hmm... I don't think they're going to call for a one world currency, that's just a slant on the story.

Rantings about the anti-christ and creeping socialism skew any argument people might one to bring to this issue.

The OP didn't mention them, but a few people may feel the need to...

When George Bush ( daddy Bush) announced a New World Order he wasn't proclaiming an idea. He was announcing a blatant fact. What did you think was gonna happen. How do you get a global currency? Easy .. if you have the means to do it.

first you gotta have a way to take everyone's money
( It's happening right now on a global scale )
( Even major corporations are having their money taken )
( every nation )

second......
( run the rest of the world economies into the "crapper" )

third......
( have the means to replace all the paper and coin money in the world )

*** They do have the means and are replacing it in the form of making everyone's money digital via credit systems ****

Hell they're forcing me to make the switch to automated payxheck right into my account. That sucks I actually like the feeling of taking something of alleged value from work. Now it's just numbers on a screen.

It real get used to it!!!!

I always read these doom and gloom posts about NWO and global currency. I wonder, WHY is moving to a global currency bad? How will it lead to slaughter? I am not understanding how it such a bad idea.

You think this little piece out of the EU is telling, take a look at this. It's called the Single Global Currency Assn, and they have been feverantly pushing the G20 to initiate and plan towards a single currency. This has source as well as the .org

www.abovetopsecret.com...

Or this which is more in line with OP. This is an official press release from the euobserver concerning the same issue. Sarkozy, Barrosso, Brown and many others within the bloc have been pushing this agenda since the economy started going south.

www.abovetopsecret.com...

Also early word out of the G20 meeting is we will have global economic reform. They just aren't telling us any details yet. They have stated that implementation will occur over the next several months, but are aiming to have most issues finalized before they meet again in April 09

Considering the amount of trade conducted on a world-wide basis, I'd imagine it's in everyone's best interest to remove the need for currency exchange commission.

The world is a small place, and small places need the same currency, or at least a whole host of directly-interchangeable currencies pegged to each other.

This isn't the NWO, but 'common sense'. Oooh scary common sense! oh noes!!111!!11

I see nothing wrong with one currency. If it stops here. But i do not understand - this crisis started not because there are different currencies. How exactly one global currency will fix it then?
Just an excuse for more control. Oh well, at least not an Amero, right?

Thanks zero i'm glad someone mentioned the Amero. If it turns out to be that, then DAMN.

As for some other comments. Only a Western Currency? Not a chance. We saw how china just recently followed suit with the bailout idea and they were really the last big financial power left, they'll bite on the one world currency too if for no other reason than to be one of the big dogs now. And as for the middle east, they really don't have much say in the matter, oil or not, it's about what the westerner's decide when it comes to trading and economy.
