The origin of the human body can be understood by the successive victories and adaptation of a living being evolved during the course of eternal life and death from the natural selection of the environment. Fossils and genetic code present in our cells show the evolution of this human being in nature.

This same body, in the likes of other living beings, requires a brain responsible for perception and reaction to the environment.

The brain prints its primary directives acquired over their evolution: pain, hunger, thirst, fatigue, cold, heat and the need for sex in adults with audio-visual stimuli in order to perpetuate the species.

Through the continuous development of the brain and the disappearance of other genetic branches, no other beings are able to adapt effective as is the Homo Sapiens.

The man is the ultimate predator: adaptable to any strategy of hunting and survival, and with that extra intelligence to change the environment for its purpose.

However, a latter characteristic acquired by humans is their ability to understand and realize that there is a future for which he should answer for his actions in the past.

This perception is that distinguish the man in nature.

Time Context


The temporal context of the whole life of man (his past, present and future) is learning something every day.

This context, relativized as the image of the 'I' means the understanding of all the past, thus making the design and simulation of many possible futures that lead to a life of achievements, triggering actions to be taken in the present.

This perception of all existing memories (excluding the original programming) is not part of the body, although the records of sensory memory are stored in special areas in the brain.

Conscience comes along with your body vessel.

The manifestations of consciousness through simulations of future often occur with a slight paralysis of the body. Usually someone else or some external event (audio or visual) interfere with this state, bringing us to the constant of the senses again.

One indication that we are in contact with our conscience is the loss of sense of time (in a state as suggested by psychology as flow), while effective mind-solve our problems or do something that will be forever recorded as an important achievement, some design or purposes of our life in this planet.

The state of consciousness is maintained at the highest level when there is elimination of the immediate needs of the vessel body.

Fight for control

At the constant process of evolution, the vessel body will try to fight for his place with this new conscience awareness, even when is not awake.

The conscious being needs to live with the body vessel.

Often the body extends its programming of biological sex, hunger and rest. If not contained and discipline, the vessel will enslave the conscience with few life achievements, living just the moment of now, regardless of future.

For every decision, there is a confrontation between the parties.

It is understood that in every confrontation lost by the consciousness, the individual becomes a little farther to live functionally in any society.

Living the moment will cost you some future.

The reach of some level of consciousness, which normally is already a difficult task for combating the daily evolutionary programming, becomes almost impossible for a brain overloaded by the constant use of any drugs.

The body which lost its conscience is interested in maintaining control of their addictions to substances that alter the perception exacerbating the senses and emotions, and whose purpose is to remove the idealization and activities to its future, forcing the person to live the moment.

Following from this premise, it is easy to identify why the alert to physicians about smoking and drinking, even with long and proven statistics of addiction, cancer, amputation and cardiac arrest, are not effective for drug users.

For the body, stop living the moment is losing control, so most of these people do not pay attention to the warning.

The same pattern found in all addicted to drugs is the loss of the achievements attained in the past and the lack of projects for the future, highlighting the final complete loss of control over the body.

Sexual Impulse

Sex contains the strongest programming of all basic evolutionary impulse due to the necessary continuity of the species, required in the early days of natural selection for evolution of the vessel body.

The sexual programming printed in the brain triggers so many emotions at the same time it can be considered comparable to the physical equivalent of an applied pressure that needs to be released.

This pressure is visceral and biologically correct.

These multiple awards, even with simple immediate visual stimulus for men, leads many to believe that the true meaning in life is to continue the search for anything that the body claims until the last undoubtedly reward: orgasm.

Unfortunately, this impulse is able to undo most of any chain of conscious thoughts because of its emotional priority.

Sexual frustration is the maximum manipulation of the body.

People who unconsciously conform to these simulated emotions normally get involved with experience conditioned to alcohol, illegal drugs, obesity and anxiety by compulsive habits.

For people who understand the division between body and consciousness, you can feel and even resist the manipulation, realizing that such impulses are part of the manipulation of the vessel body to live the moment.

Depression

Depression, treatable with chemical substances in their foundation of the brain, is the last and final step to uncover consciousness as a contracting party to the body.

Depression, this afflicted emotion in the body, which is beyond the boredom and can bypass the evolutionary programming of hunger and sexual impulse tells us that something is very wrong.

The individual with depression usually can not deal with what's happening, it tends to cease his activities, most notably not know if his plans for the future will happen.

It seems that the vessel body is in control, but this does not happen.

Suddenly, the world is no longer the same. Even the use of stimulants such as TV, movies or music lost its appeal and immediate reward as happened when the individual was bored is not true anymore. The sex becomes unthinkable or painful, the person no longer has interest in things that was interesting before.

Life has no more sense because it ended up all rewards.

Depression can be triggered by a series of factors like substance abuse, death of any person known, rupture of a loving relationship or family, accident or illness that resulted in a traumatic situation or persistent disease are some common and requires time to accept such changes.

But in some cases, depression may be triggered by conscience.

In these situations the temporal context does not accept the result of any decision that was taken in unconscious.

The body suffers as the conscience not resume its plan.

Acute depression can lead to very high levels of consciousness, levels so severe that happen a few times in life (without proper knowledge of control and concentration), and is a remarkable milestone in the history of a person.

Stories of people who managed to get out of a depression of consciousness always reveal very different understandings of daily life and the current state of the world.

A glimpse of our potential without our addictions.

Unfortunately many people are able to meet the path of consciousness for brief periods, but fall back into their addictions when the boredom gets back in their lives.

Suicide, although the result is the end of conscience, reveals itself as the only way to override the evolutionary program where all other living beings will fight for life until the last breath.

In this last decision, conscience proof their existence.

By the natural selection of all living beings, choosing the best partner for continuation of the species is given by criteria of strength and skill of the individual, at the promotion of one above the other, whatever is the criteria of the species in study.

For the evolution of the human body, we also printed the setting of dominance in our basic instincts.

Thus, by the same principle of reward of evolutionary programming, we tend to play activities in groups with more commitment to the quest for dominance.

We have the same instincts of all other beings of nature who want the benefits of being the first to eat, or have exclusivity in procreation with what is considered the most suitable partner and healthy.

Dominance


Across the range of living things evolved in possession of social activities, the dominance of an alpha male or female is somewhat healthy and expected for the continuation of these species.

While the human body (in their individual programming) welcomes the absolute control of the moment, when we are in contact with other individuals, our extra collective gear goes into action, making us more competitive, often obsessive and in not rare exceptions violent.

You can clearly see our alpha instinct manifest itself in young children (without education) as to get attention from adults or imperative and absolute control of anything or object that is their wish for.

When we lose consciousness at some point by our alpha instinct and discard the consequence of our decisions, momentarily we are back to our wilderness, where everything is solved by physical force.

Unfortunately while satisfying this, we will get immediate reward instinct (release of adrenaline, endorphin), as it is biologically according to our nature.

Only with the advent of basic education of the population, we terse our alpha instinct for something more like a fair competition, obtaining behavioral conditioning to obtain a stable society and with minimal violence.

To exercise moderation in this instinct, we created the practice of sports, and with rules and awards when we focus over the enhancement of working in groups, going beyond the primitive gear of strength and skill.

Collective Behavior

There will be situations where the collective behavior shows in various manipulations of the body (emotion or adrenaline) that are almost always on the verge of complete cancellation of consciousness to achieve dominance or something more known individual: to maintain and acquire new addictions.

Habits such as drinking after work or exaggerate always at parties or meetings are examples, goes with immediate reward (lack of boredom) and the suppression of conscience.

In fact, by pursuing in this line, there is always the possibility of new habits being introduced when we are facing with groups of people; these vices presented to us when there is collective pressure to give in and act accordingly. At this time, our focus is on living the moment, unaware of the implications of our actions.

Even in the innocent and perfectly healthy celebration of success in the workplace or educational for any reason, there is symbolic distributions of food acting as if our body vessels had done a favor to our consciences for all the efforts, collectively rewarding our bodies.

These actions also reflect the collective interests of the body to observe or maintain the dominance of the group, leading us to automatically focus in the present moment, requiring unnatural concentration to keep the conscience of our actions.

And then, eventually things happen which we repent later. Normally, we apologize and repeat with the same popular opinion: we did not know what we were doing.

Finally, in cases where we have some recommendations within our society for excellent performance in our work, or merits of skill, concentration and awareness that sets us apart from the common, the sense of dominance carries on the body healthy sensations feelings of joy and happiness.

In this case, body and consciousness are in balance.

On another level, our conscience is in contact with the power to effectively change their future, desired for a long time in simulations and required dedication and control over the vices of the body vessel.

And perhaps the power to change the future of others.

Conscience
Conclusion

A person is physically comprised of a body.
Body that has been developed by the environment before birth. This body, without its interaction with the ideal environment, will cease to exist.

This same body requires a brain, organ by which the body feels and understands the means by which it is. Brain that also went through this evolution and where a minimum of programming behavior is printed and unveiled in situations of danger or continuation of the species.

My conclusion is this: there is the body (including the brain) and what the person really is.

But this is just not enough for a good portion of people. There are men and women perceive that the arrest of the body and still struggle with its addictions through enormous frustration to find a balance and conscience.

Even a high conscious person can become corrupt if you do not know deal with the power acquired with their victories on human nature.

And power, purchased without proper wisdom, seek more power at any cost, almost always the easiest way of force or by manipulation mechanisms for reducing the collective consciousness, thus reducing the competition for that power, thus getting more and more power.

Since the times where the first man got up from savagery, those who have acquired this power through knowledge and study daily struggle not to become corrupted.

Few win this final confrontation.

A person is born fruit of corrupt environment where they live, and the pursuit of consciousness must cross by rituals and artifacts of control imposed by those who used the same power of conscience to manipulate others live in the moment.

Conscience
Beyond Conscience and spirituality

It is understood the two entities (body and consciousness) as brothers: the body is the infant child, sometimes wild and very susceptible to addictions holding hands with his consciente, his older brother who wants the good of the two and only search for knowledge and accomplishments; together by birth until the end of the vessel life.

The oldest tries to lead by the logic and wisdom, caring and wanting to do with having a decent life for both – in the meantime, the infant likes sensations of smell, the taste and touch the things around them, filling every minute of his life.

Remarkably, even getting our body in control, at some point the way we will find that certain problems are insoluble and that will not be any change or improve our condition of life.

Something is missing, something that is often absent, but always implied, individually or collectively.

The father (keeping this family metaphor absolutely not religious), the infinite and unique to each person, comes when both are in danger or is near when all is well between the brothers.

For many of the people we have a parent absent because of our inability to live consciously, choosing a life full of vices of our nature.

In difficult moments of intervention this infinity parent context, the body suffers from severe anxiety and fear, while our consciousness has unveiled an idea (for times of extreme difference in our own conclusions) that will be printed forever in our thoughts, and will be the cause of reflection for a lifetime.

These thoughts of pure infinite justice and conscience of the father are sometimes completely different from everything that a person wants to forget or ignore leaving aside the time to live, leaving her body vessel take account of decisions.

Many of us surrender to the body and avoid the confrontation of consciousness, ignoring early warnings of the father.

Essay in conscience #6 (final)

In the last moment of his short life, body and consciousness are infinite and its context throughout the history of their co-existence on that vessel will be received and merged with an intelligence that lived countless times, among other entities, whose vessels you met in your life time.

Soon, a new child is coming into the world, along with his new father and his faithful older brother - a new consciousness that should understand, fight and live with human nature and ultimately resist and not be corrupted with power purchased on their achievements.

The universe waits for us.
