New person in town

Hello all, great site lots of good stuff. I have a question that i hope can be answered as follows. I am after a guidence system that i can see via Glasses or laser or someway. What i want to do is (maybe) paint marks on the ground that are invisible to the eye but can be seen some how. There is poarized systems but they require a printed card to be used. There must be a way to do this. I have been trying to find a way for two years and still no joy. Anyone got the answer? Or if you think there is a better place to find what i am looking for then post it up please.
