Seems gravity is keeping them down.

I see it want to start to rally, then it just gets struck down.

It's a bloodbath today.

Looks like the markets need STIMULUS

Glad we're all over that. Will tomorrow be worse? Are we really going to see steady declines with lack luster attempts at rallies?

Nasty day today guys. I'm wondering if there will be a big selloff in the last 15 minutes.

No, the traders have been freaking out after any weekend when they read a bad news on Sunday morning but can't react to it. It's the AIG news that is sinking the Dow right now. The subservient Asians will react to the bad news from Wall St, as they always do, so they will slide as well. Once the US traders hear that the FEDs FED the monster (AIG), the undervalued stock will be bought by speculators very quick and the Dow will climb back.

I was thinking the same thing about tonight's Eastern markets. An early indicator of the complete lack of confidence out there at the moment. Tomorrow will be interesting, as will the rest of March.

No bottom as yet!

There was a big jump in volume going into the closing bell.

So far S&P 700.91, Dow 6763.06

Give it about 10 minutes to know the final "score"

Actually no, what did it say?

Thankfully looks like my prediction of the close is wrong.

How soon could we see a change in the bond markets? I have never really paid attention to the bond markets but now realize how that has to maintain levels so taxes won't be increased exponentially.

The Federal Government is destroying the wealth of this country only to swell it's own size. At this point I can't feel as though Obama has good intentions. I don't think this has anything to do with good intentions. This is the destruction of America, and they may be doing this on purpose.
