Although Hawaii is cheap right? Cheaper than mainland. Or am I just kidding myself. At least the hotels are paid for. We can just hang around the pool and eat ketchup satchels and tap water.

Russia & the Czech Republic continue their downward spiral. Hungary also stands out in this regard.

As has been said, Austria is a key indicator, having loaned the lion's share of their GDP
to prop up Eastern Europe. Just refreshed the indices & Austria is now down 3.24%!

Anyone got stocks in survival gear?

Spam is regarded by some as a wartime austerity measure. Looks increasingly appropriate; (let's just hope the bloodbath remains metaphorical).

Here's the full low-down on wiki, although I take issue with the inclusion of "(food)" in the title: en.wikipedia.org...(food)

Hungary appears to be in freefall. Now down 5.82%

Russia has crept up to -6.99%

Czech Republic -5.57%

Austria has possibly started to rally: -2.79%

Anyone got any specific news/comments regarding Austria? Maybe mirroring the rouble?
