This Joe the Plumber character has seemed to stir up a lot of attention. his business must be booming now that he is an overnight celebrity.
however... is Joe the Plumber really real??? This website certainly claims him to be:

It could also be that he is a political falacy because he fits into so many demographics i.e.
the small business owner
a union member
an average hardworking american worrying about the current state of affairs
but what worries me and makes me put on my conspiracy hat is that I recall Joe the Plumber coming up in the French elections as well...

... It makes me wonder if this is all an elaborate political ruse????
