This "kid" you all keep referring as..is no "kid" when they start broadcasting nude photos of themselves to other "kids".
You people who keep using the word "kid" might want to revise your definition here.
On one hand you spout she is just a "kid", the next your condoning her actions as if she were not a "kid".
Here is the deal.
FCC law prohibits the transmission of pornographic material across public airwaves, including radio, tv, telecommunications, and for those who are not
aware of it..the internet.
Now this "kid" absolutely was not doing "kid" things by any sort. She knew exactly what she was doing, and it wasnt playing hop scotch or tag or
any other "kid" games. She was purposely taking pictures of her nude self, then sending those pictures across a public telecommunications system
that is regulated by the FCC, and transmitting those images to other cell phone subscribers that also use the public telecommunications airwaves.
THAT is the crime people. The use of public telecommunications to transmit nude photography of a minor. Doesnt matter that those photos were taken by
her, it matters that she used the public telecommunications system to transmit them to other phones.
Now dispite all you supporters of indecent material by minors here, those photos can easily and probaby were, hijacked and tapped, and its only a
matter of time when those images will be published on some sick child porno site. And when they are, all you sick supporters can come back here and
show your hind end's some more and feel really low about your position.
You want to curb activity like this and protect kids, well take a diferent stance on this particular incident then. You all wonder why there are so
many 15 yr olds and younger getting raped, killed, abused and solicited on corner streets and porno websites.
Bet your hind end's if this was YOUR 15 yr old you would be hopping mad and doing anything to stop it. And you would certianly not be sitting here
spouting shes just a kid.
So if any of you need a grade school refresher on FCC rules and regulations, I suggest you head on over to www.fcc.gov and look up telecommunication
regulations and learn real fast.
This "kid" obviously knew what she was doing, and she also risked taking the chance that anyone could get ahold of any one of those cell phones she
sent those images to and her pictures end up on the net. And when that happens, who is going to be the first to scream bloody murder that her pictures
are on some sicko website eh?....you bet your hind end again that it would be HER doing the screaming!!! And should there be any sympathy at that
Its time to stop pampering these issues and pampering these "kids" who do such activities and its time you people who sand behind this "kid" to
get out from under your cracked decency rock and find something else to support because in the mass majority of the public, this would not be viewed
as an innocent act by an innocent 'kid". Now do you want to be put into that indecent catagory right along with this "kid"?
Rethink and then open your eyes and get your heads out from your hind ends before jumping off the same cliff this "kid" jumped from.
READ. LERN. TEACH.
Now just imagine what kind of garbage is on this "kid's" computer too.
If it were YOUR 15 yr old girl..what woud YOU be saying about this eh?
READ. LEARN. TEACH....THINK!!!!
