Not sure what to make of this. And not even close to the size or clarity promise.

I don't think it's worth much, but have a look.

It is FILMED behind Glass, proabably the window, and someone is Shining a torch/reflection at the window from the Inside. It is a very easy Photograph trick, and can create some fantastic effects if done Properly...

However this a a very poorly Executed Hoax.
