the reason people continue to pay taxes, becuase if you don't they come with guns, take all your crap, and put you in jail..

Not to mention that if you work for some one else there automatically taken out of your check and you cant easly get around that in any way ..

Look at Ed and Ellian Brown, they paid all there local and state taxes to pay for the roads and infrastructure they used.. but refused to pay any federal taxes, and the feds cam in a locked them up and took there stuff.. the state did nothing to stop this and actually helped the feds.

However after this whole Bail out bill debackle the argument of no taxation without representation should really be reevaluated.. and when you vote it should be recorded and adjust your taxes accordingly, you vot for no war and you dont have to pay for the war, you votr for no bail out and you dont pay for a bail out, you vote for government welfare you pay for it ..

this truly would make government actually make programs that were solvent and successful, just like the free market is supposed to be, the good stuff is successful and the bad fails.

In this day and age with computers and the internet it would be very easy for government to issue home voting machines that would collect votes on any issue. and record the data for taxing issues..
