The Government Pulls The Wool Over Our Eyes Again!!!!

So the government has now decided they want to buy shares of American Banks. Well besides the moral problems with this ie the government owning banks there is the issue of the premise of the bailout even passing in the first place. You see if that money was going to be spent buying toxic assets from a particular bank that banks execs would have pay restrictions. The government has found a way to circumvent this by just buying shares of the companies. From what I understand and someone can correct me if Im wrong now the execs can still make the tens of millions they were making before and really go back to business as usual of course with our taxpayer dollars.
