It does not move like any aircraft that I've ever seen It seems to be in a rotation form of movement.

If UFO stands for Unidentified Flying Object, how can you tell it's a mothership of any kind?

All these ufo's in Arizona and none of them land here. We need to get them to put down and pose for pictures.
I live in Arizona and would like to see a stretch of desert designated as an official MOTHERSHIP LANDING AREA. We could put up a porta pottys, some
ramadas, and some souvenir stands that sell those little cactus gardens and jackalopes to our esteemed visitors.

Clearly a military plane, on maneuvers, dropping anti-missile flares.
Compare to this video from similar exercises near Kokomo, Indiana.

Here is the deal with military flares. THEY PUT OUT LOTS OF SMOKE!! You can see it with binoculars quite clearly from afar and with your naked eye
up close. If you have seven flares, there are seven identical columns of smoke heading off of them. You cannot see it in the video because the
shutter is not open wide enough, but if you were there naked eye viewing, you would see the smoke from flares. The second thing is flares do not fly
off. They fall down.
