Ok, for some reason i thought NYC was no-fly, what exactly are the lights that keep popping up and transiting across the screen. Some disappear after moving slightly. Commercial aircraft?

Possible satellite, or something of that nature?

Though, another member posted a video of aseveral UFOs being seen, in broad daylight, I think, in NYC.

Not sure, i've seen a few satellites and they didn't seem to conform to that. Satellites don't just disappear either, though that could be a delay with the webcam, granted.

Ah, my bad, didn't see that thread. I did a cursory search prior to posting, however.

I can tell you pretty confidently that they aren't spaceships.. and no spaceship is going to show up tonite or tomorrow... even if youtube said it would!

They are most likely helicopters and planes.
Trust me i live in NYC and the city always has lights in the sky there are atleast 5 heliports that i know of.

gOOD pictures!

This looks like the same lights we see here in Cape Cod.

Only the lights here bob up and down and sideways, in a most unusual way.

Easy mistake, Manhattan is a no fly zone not New York City.
These cameras are looking across the rivers.
