The federal government has no obligation to provide trash, fire,or police services. Those are state matters.
Do you study history, the founding fathers, or the Supreme Court?
If you did, you would realize how wrong you are.
General welfare of the nation, not the individual.

How is it not wealth redistribution?
Obama has even stated that he wants to "spread the wealth around". That is not policy, that is theft.
