Greetings.....Excellent point....All one has to do is look into the events of our civil war and the level of brutality displayed...Let us not forget for the most part the civil war was brother against brother and the color of the skin of the vast majority was white...There also was a considerable interest in the outcome on the behalf foreigners,however,we did scare the crap out of them when they saw the level of brutality....

It's simply Fear of the 'unknown'.
Throughout history mankind has always feared that which he doesn't know.
Regardless of who is elected in the end, I believe they'll live a life of paranoia and sleepless nights from here forward.

Our best candidates never wanted to rule 'this' term and for good reason.

I bet if someone had asked any one of those people where the got their information about the candidate, they would proboably respond with one of the big 5 ABC,NBC,CBS,FOX,MSNBC. When we wonder why the Chinese leaders will not let the people govern themselves, all they have to do is point at videos of Americans in situations like this and go, "That's Why."

Greetings.....To use the chinese as an example is fitting because'they are governed by communist principle and the government has confiscatory privledge as it sees fit....The american people are not interested in thee truth,they are content to listen to the medias truth as long as it is what they want to hear...They are not interested in the character of the candidates just in what they say and what is in it for them....Most americans do not realize that government has no money..it takes the money of productive members of the business community and society and gives it to non productive members in the form of entitlements....The only thing this government owes us is the protection of our rights to life,liberty and my pursuit of happiness....

I've never seen a Canadian election this spirited before. It's kind of a culture shock for me. Does this happen every presidential election? Or is it only because Obama is the first black presidential candidate?

All parties benefit from ignorant followers, get over your democrats are smarter attitude and you will begin to see the light folks. Does anyone really think that socialism doesn't represent an ignorance of human history? One persons ignorance maybe another ones genius.
