I'm wondering if anyone is having trouble accessing their bank accounts via the Internet?

I haven't been able to do so for about four hours - about the time I started.

There was no planned maintenance announced, nor is there such a message on the home page where you go to log in to your credit union account.

Interesting part was, no problems in withdrawing $100. at a local bank ATM.

Nor was there a problem in paying for $75. worth of groceries at Walmart.

Even so, the local bank receipt did not show the balance remaining.

Just curious and not firing up the rumor mill.

I could access my bank account just fine.

What kinds of problems are you having?

when i went to access my credit union account this morning the usual internet address didn't work. i googled "southland credit union and at first came up with a united states addy ... wrong one. (didn't know they had 'credit union' there too) then i found the login page (through google) to my own credit union.

the address was different but the login page was the same and from there i was able to access my account. weird though ... i must have missed the " change of address" announcement too.

and the message i get when i type in the old addy to the login page is: bad request (invalid host name)

Still going on this morning and into the afternoon.

No access, don't know if I can access cash or use my debit card.

Phoning doesn't help, no matter what you choose from the list of services it rolls into "All our operators are busy" and clicks off.

This particular credit union is run by my old company and I'll bet the internal company phones are ringing off the hook....
