Yes. There is things out there that are "limited" to as few people as possible. There are things out there so secret that no one can know about them.

No, it is not dangerous. Most of these clearances can be found anywhere on the web. Discussing them and what they mean is perfectly legal. Trust me, I know.

Well, it depends on what he did on the ship. There isn't a general clearance for ships. A chef on the boat has no clearance, but the guy working in Command and Control has a Top Secret. Any idea what he did?
