I am going on the record as saying this is a sham - a fake - a fraud - a scam.

Nothing will happen that day regarding a space ship, ET beings, or anything of the like.

My gut reaction to her website is that she just wants attention. She repeatedly talks about all of the mail she's been getting and how she loves it and how she didn't anticipate all of the messages she would be getting.

Then she says she is so glad her computer dropped and she was no where near the internet for three days. This is classic attention seeking behavior.

And, by the way, none of this information was gathered by me from a dead Native American.

Why is it an advanced extra terrestrial race cannot spell simple words like "phenomenal" properly?

Well at least she's not in it for the advertising money, or at least not yet anyway. According to websiteoutlook.com blossomgoodchild.com makes at most 10$ a day in ads.

Hey, I hope it's the real deal, there's no real plus for her if it all does not happen. People will vent their anger and frustration at her which I expect a lady of her years and apparent grace does not deserve.

If she's off her box then it's in a kind way and I wish her well but I'd rather see the sights mentioned while I'm alive, it would be a wonderment to see..

Blossom somehow needs to know her limitations. She should have predicted a new spectacular crop circle in England, a dragonfly drone over northern California, or even possibly a return of the Stephenville lights.
But a huge UFO. Huh. That's a tall order. If the UFOsters were near abouts, I would suspect that they would not appear in a big way unless they detected a radiation spike.

I have one question only, while I'm a big skeptic about this Oct 14th stuff, why a woman with a great and long past is risking to throw everything away with this? I can't see any real reason for it.

First, if she is wrong and using this as an advertisement, no one is ever going to buy her book, even not the believers.

Second, if she is making this as a scam, what is her real reason of it? If it's not going to happen at all, she is just loosing everything.

But unlike other predictions, Armageddon or UFO believer's case, somehow the picture of this prediction isn't fit to me. More and more questions raising in me as I read after this. This prediction seems to be different then the others, or Goodchild simply lost her mind and it's time to retire to an asylum. Predicting a huge UFO... well, that's a two way street, but one for sure. If it's not going to happen, no one will believe to her anymore. Not so many are risking this, especially not without a reason. And here, I can't see any reasons at all.

My only guess that she might be some sort of Fed agent, who is intending to put hope to the heart of the people whose are eager to believe that something will happen and then, if nothing will occur, that will kill the last measure of hope out from the believer's heart. If this is her goal, this will succeed in the blind believer's case.

LOL - Exactly! I showed the post to my 11 year old and even she said, "Why do the aliens always pick people who can't spell?" She picked out "upmost" as the misspelled word. I guess they are an equal opportunity kind of alien race...
