United States Treasury Shorting the Market?

So what if the United States Treasury was shorting the market, taking trillions, trying to get the United States back on track??? Wouldn't that explain what is going on???

They are soaking us, as we sell, they make money, if we hold, they lose their butts!

Ofcourse as soon as I post this, the market will probably rally after they read it and know we understand what they are doing...
