So john Mccain is stealing music essentially? Can these bands sue him for using their music without their permission or does he simply have to stop using said music?

I wonder if he downloaded it illegally. That would make me laugh hysterically for days. I hope they treat him the same way they treat the little kids who downloaded music. Even if he didn't he still broke the copyright laws where it states no public usage without express consent. Let them know how it feels to have RIAA bumrush you.

At least the old man seems to have a good taste in music......

The RIAA won't touch him till he's dead, I am guessing.

Then they'll file a lawsuit.

if so, it`s not their best song, right
but it´s bold....the statement of the song doesn`t even fit his his campaign
