Here is another exaple of credible news sources using terminology once confined to tinfoil hat wearin',lunatic fringe websites. Now we are supposed to be comforable with just tossing around catch phrases like "New World Order" (see my other thread)and , "Barring a terrorist attack"?

I can handle hearing it on ATS but not on mainstream media. Are we being conditioned?

Two weeks from now, get ready!

OK, time to be very un-PC. The main wild card which the media has virtually ignored, either intentionally or because they do not believe it will be as big an issue as I believe it will be, is the honesty of voters when being polled by another human vs actually voting in a private annonymous voting booth. I wholeheartedly believe that many people say they will be voting for Obama because it's easier than risking being called racist, easier than having to explain why they won't be voting for him, and easier than having to explain why they prefer John McCain. But on election day, many voters will realize "Hey, who's to know if I actually vote for McCain but say I voted Obama?" and pull that lever for McCain.

I believe the exit polls will show a landslide victory for Obama, but the actual election numbers will be extremely different. The real interesting thing will be how the media and society spins it. Will the media acknowledge exit polling is a farce or will they try and manufacture rumors of election fraud to explain why the disparity between number is so great? In the end, there really isn't a huge valley of difference between these two... both have sold out America plenty of times. So I think in the face of that, issues like race & religion and the possibillity of some of the claims about Obama being true will sway many to this course of action.
