www.msnbc.msn.com...

the article above points out how people today are too busy, or distracted by modern misundertandings, basicly our entire culture to study, or just observe things that came before us, and I believe is why we make worse mistakes than those before us, even though those mistakes led us all to where we are today.

Im just happy to see that someone in the legal arena has the nerve to offer a way for the willing uneducated or the willing ignorant to expand the mind without the use of substances or rushing adreneline through the body by over active sports nuts.

i think a smart move would be having this sort of an eye for an eye justice.

i dont know why he paid the full fine. i can think of about ten rap songs off the top of my head which "borrow" its hooks from classical music sources. just because it doesnt have a bloated 808 drum hit on it doesnt mean you cant nod your head along in tempo.

some might consider sentences like this to be crazy, but so is locking up non violent mary jane users.

steal a truck? make them live in a truck.

kudos to Fornof-Lippencott for heading in an enlightened direction.
