I have never voted and probably never will. I simply refuse to vote for the "lesser of two evils" as many who claim to be patriotic will do. If one
is so "patriotic", why vote evil to any degree into office? Why be a part of that? What good is your voice if all it's doing is fetching garbage?
All those people are doing is contributing to the problem. Patriotism seems to be nothing more than a "see no evil, hear no evil" attitude towards
this country while still maintaining the arrogance.
I probably would have voted for Ron Paul, but I also know that the people don't have a say in anything anymore. This recent bailout bill should
cement in everyone's mind that the government doesn't care about us or what we want. It seems every time there's an election, they screw it up in a
way that allows them to "re-count" the votes. If it's so important, why do they always mess it up? Why are dead people voting and why was Florida
the only place in the country that got confusing ballots? What a joke. Our votes don't mean anything and anyone who believes our votes count or that
we decide anything in this country is still asleep at the wheel.
Whether it's Bush (via suspended elections), Obama or McCain as dictator doesn't really seem to matter much. One agrees with Bush 90% of the time
and the other has some pretty shady friends and seems to be a socialist. Fun, fun, fun. It was nice knowing you, freedom.
By the way, it certainly seems that NSPD-51 shows that Bush can legally suspend the elections. If he assumes dictator powers, he will essentially have
the power to do anything he wants including that. All he needs now is an excuse to declare a national emergency. It seems NSPD-51 was passed right
under the public's nose without anyone knowing.
God Bless
