Is this about Canada's Harper and former Australian PM John Howard?

Harper's speech writer admitted to copying and pasting Howard's speech - he just changed "Australia" to "Canada" in the speech and apparently no one was none-the-wiser.

This isn't NWO. This is just two conservative colonials showing their love for each other.
