Dear Sirs,
Within a few hours a small planetoid will hit the earth.
As it is only a few meters in diameter, probably it will end with explosion over the Sudan, Africa. however, we can probably see tomorrow morning
beautiful sky at the morning, and - however I hope so not, maybe this one is contained from heavy metals which could cause much serious trubles
so, fasten belts

It would appear that Oct 7, 2008 is full of predictions.
Let all hope this entry is minor like they predict and that no damage will result.
Hmm just think how lucky it is that it is hitting sudan...desert area I hope.
Imagine if it came down middle of LA or New York.

this is very intresting, i wonder if their is any way of finding out the trejectory of this object , where it travelled over, i say this as i saw
somethgin earlier, and the more i think about it the more i think it looked like a sattalite breaking up that i seen on video, although very far away
and no tail, below very high cloud, and deffo not a plane.
if it travelled near the west of uk, then i might have seen it, if it wasnt that it was some sort of ufo... i thought it was mars till i noticed it
was below teh very high clouds. (i was on my bike at the time... no video or pics, hence ive not posted it in ufo forum)

I wonder if this has anyting to do with web bots and that BEagle guys interpretation...they both specualte, on october 7th, 2008 something that rivals
9/11 is suposed to happen.
If it just burns up in the atmosphere, id ont see how that would rival 9/11
unless, NASA knows its gunna detonate a mile over the sudan and wipe out everything within a 300 mile radius/?

Good Find,
Flag for you.
The amount of time we have to react to this, shows that if it was 3-4 times bigger or more, of Iron main composition we may be facing some
serious Tsunamis tonight or the like.
It has happened continuously in the past, and will continue to in the future, lets just hope a Big one is not on its way for a long long time.
Kind regards,
Elf.

on the other hand, what if it is contained from heavy metals ?
in that case, it will NOT burn in the atmosphere...
I really do NOT know the result, just info from the official source

Jeez Louise! I hope it doesn't nail one of the nice GFL ships all cloaked up in our atmosphere! That would make it even more disastrous!
In all seriousness though, is this asteroid, this asteroid they found today (eek), of known a content? Or is this all really, really brand new
to everyone?
Is this a "let's see what happens" kinda deal?
Cool!

Wait a minute. Lets not jump to conclusions here. We seem to be ignoring the most important part of the article which was linked in the OP.
The nominal orbit given above has 2008 TC3 coming to within one earth radius around Oct. 7.1. The absolute magnitude indicates that the object
will not survive passage through the atmosphere.
What this means is that this meteor will burn up in the atmosphere and will therefore not hit earth.
It is not even going to make it through the atmosphere.
As for those of you wondering if this is what the web bot was reffering to. Assuming the web bot is correct, There is no way this is what web bot was
reffering to as evidenced by the fact that its NOT going to hit earth!
Deny ignorance.
Peace.

Everyone is assuming it is a small meteor, but that is just an assumption. The fact is we don't know FOR SURE how big it really is.
We estimate the size of this object from its brightness and its speed (smaller objects usually have faster speed, I understand.) But the brightness of
a meteor is very variable, and depends upon how reflective the object's surface is. For example, it could be a very big object, 500 meters across,
that is not reflecting much light.
Of course, a large meteor, hitting the earth at that speed, could be the equivalent of a 50 Megaton explosion. It would be a significant event.
Not saying that is the case. It is probably a small object, as the scientists are saying. But they are not telling the truth if they say they know
with high certainty.
(They probably don't want to alarm anyone with pessimistic speculation. But that is what ATS is all about, hmm?)

OK, I think I saw it or one of its buddies. 21:05 roughly last night I went out the back to let the dog out and saw a great purplish streak across
the sky. Fast, but not as fast as watching the small ones you see watching the Leonid meteor showers. It was also much bigger. It broke into two
and disapperared just above the horizon line before it passed it. I was looking directly east from the west of Scotland.
It was the best I've seen so far.
