If I remember my government class back in 9th grade, if the president and vice president die, there is a whole slew of people that eventually take the place of president. I don't remember how far along it is before governor's would then be president, but I do recall being taught that it could happen.
With that in mind, the governator could possibly, albeit through a long bloody line of death, become president. He is not a natural born citizen, so how would that work?

He is probably not counted in the lines of succession. The only way he could become President is if law is changed.
