I have an idea or question????!!!!

I have an idea, one thing that has always bothered me is, when and how an issue is laid to rest,

Is there a place on this forum for a topic that declares undeniably that an issue has totally been verified,

or

Another topic that will declare an issue totally false.

or

A topic graveyard that verifies a topic is unverifiable,

left dangling

It is just that the enormous amount of information tossed about on a forum such a this makes me a little nervous,

I would never knowingly spread false information,

I don't always know how true Internet sources are, and one must be careful not to spread false information,

To deny ignorance one must want to welcome and sustain, and maintain its credibility.

Just wondering.
