OK,for arguments sake, lets say that he were not a legal US citizen. You wouul not select the better candidate just based upon that? that seems to be what you are saying, if this issue is the only problem you have with him, as you stated. Well, this has been cleared up. He is and always has been a citizen based upon US Code. So why the hesitation? Do you really believe that the REAL evidence it the rubbish you see on the internet? The judge is an educated man and took much consideration in making his decision. Believe me, there was no grounds for this suit and it was properly dismissed.

No!! Aggie I would not elect this man because he LIES AND LIES AND LIES!
An based on his associations with known racist, criminals and TERRORISTS'
I do not TRUST HIS JUDGEMENT Nor his LEADERSHIP abilities!

He also wants to take my money and "spread the wealth around". To call
him a socialist is barely scratching the surface. He is a MARXIST/COMMUNIST at best.

That is ENOUGH for me and should be for most Americans! He has absolutely
ZERO Integrity!!

So, why did you say that your only problem w/Obama was the citizenship issue? When clearly it is not. I love how you anti-Obama types mask your dislike for him behind other issues that make it seem reasonable to pro-McCain. If this does not describe you, then choose your wording more wisely when stating your stance or defending your position.

Peace!

Please show me where I stated that. I have never posted that nor would I ever! I guarantee I am not afraid to speak up and tell you exactly how I feel!! So no need for a "mask or hiding" I think my words were chosen quite well to support my position.

I believe you have me confused with another poster!

Sorry, I did indeed have you confused. Sincere apologies! Why did you delete your last post on the previous page? That is the one that misled me.

It's really simple - if you feel the primary role of gov't is to "spread the wealth around", then BO is your man.

By the way - no, BO is NOT a natural born US citizen. US intelligence agencies have known this ever since he stepped into the spotlight. What's amusing is that NO federal agency has the jurisdiction to investigate a presidential candidate's qualifications.

I believe that's where Berg got the tape of BO's gramma blabbing about him being born in Kenya - there's not much more intel is willing to do at this point besides leak what they know. The thing is, most of the intel agency hanchos are staunch right wingers - if this goes too far, I would expect the problem to be "dealt with" if you get my drift.

This guy has raised one heck of a lot of money ($600+ mil), and most of it from "small contributions". Well, you can't fool all the people all the time. How hard do you think it would be to automate the splitting of large donations into smaller ones under the reporting limit? Not hard at all, of course. Money + politics = purchased politics. Someone has invested a tremendous amount of resources in this man. Meet the Manchurian Candidate!

Purchased by REAL AMERICANS! Not corporate America. You have a problem with that?

OK, so you're telling me that, because there is no federal agency to investigate this...Obama's been getting away with this... yet, all the Ivy League lawyers in DC, all the veteran news people at all the major news sources, couldn't figure this out, or choose not to persue it even though it would make their career, and net them millions, hell, this would be the case/story of the century if it were real ... but you and some PA lawyer (who is known for stunts) and your little ragtag band of bloggers have figured it all out and are trying to save us? I think I saw that movie, but weren't there aliens and little foil hats, too?

You don't even know how many of those donations were made by "REAL AMERICANS", lol. You have absolutely NO IDEA. Use your noggin - it would be a piece of cake to split gigantic donations among fake accounts over the course of weeks. You probably wouldn't even have to go to such lengths given that those records aren't even made public. Not only that, but who's to say that those donations are even coming from within the US?

Haha, somebody got their panties in a bunch. Calm down. There are a lot of unanswered questions here. All Berg is asking is for some answers. Most of BO's blood relatives say he was born in Kenya, even his grandmother. That ought to be your first clue that something's a little off. McCain coughed up his birth records, because there was a question about his legitimacy also. And no, stories like this don't make careers - they destroy them. You actually think the MSM is an example of "free press"?

Look at the thinly veiled hostility in your post - over a couple of questions. I'd tell you to attack the message and not the man, but I think it would be lost on you. And as far as movies are concerned, I think that new High School Musical 3 should be right about your speed.

Put your money where your mouth is and drop the evidence, oh wait that's right, no one has come out with the evidence yet. Awwwww.

Also, McCain never coughed up anything, his case went the same route as Obama's:

1. Frivolous lawyer files lawsuit
2. Everyone laughs because it's stupid.
3. McCain's lawyers file to dismiss.
4. Judge dismisses the case.

First off, I simply made the point that a reasonable person would believe every major news source and the judgement of lawyers who can find their way beyond wikipedia rather than these guysb ...but, hey, you can call that getting my panties in a bunch, but I think most people would that think it's just common sense.

Secondly, You make a lot of claims here but I have seen no evidence to back them up.... first of all you claim that his whole family says that Obama was born in Kenya... show me evidence of this... I've seen a bunch of people who posted "news" articles on right wing websites that claim this, and a bunch of bloggers go around repeating this... but not one actual news article from a real newspaper... NOT EVEN FOX NEWS. Anyone can make a web site in 20 minutes, that's doesn't mean anything . Why hasn't any real news source gotten hold of this? If you can show any actual evidence of your claims, point me to it. Otherwise, it's simply unrealistic to believe that ALL of the mainstream media failed to realize this. and get what would be fantastic scoop, making them lots of money... it just doesn't make sense.

... As for Berg's claims... Have you even read his lawsuit? His citiations, which point out "discrepencies" in Obama's story, come from Wikipedia articles... look it up, it's right on Berg's website... No wonder the judge said it "wasn't worthy of discussion". The fact is, there are thousands of real lawyers who would have written a real lawsuit, if there were real questions. They would make lot's of money . it would have been the case of the century... but there aren't any real questions... just a bunch of people who posted "articles" on their personal websites and lawyer who hasn't even taken this case seriously enough to research it... a lawyer who a history of frivolous, politically motivated lawsuits and is collecting thousands of dollars in "donations" on his website.

Finally, as for McCain presenting his birth records... so has Obama. Again, there are a number of right wing webpages that question it's authenticity, these are the same sites that already told a number of lies (such as creating a whole elaborate story about how a Cert of Live Birth is not the same as a birth certificate, which you can disprove with a quick visit to Hawaii's office of Vital Statistics, also, these same "news sites" made up another story about Pakistan not allowing non-muslims or Americans to travel there in 1981, so Obama must have travelled there on an Indonesian visa... again, not true... there was the one about the Kenyan constitution, the one about citizenship not passing if the mother was under 19.... all of these were fabricated lies appearing nowhere but on these "news sites.") But no one else has a problem with it. Even an official from the Hawaiian State Office of Vital Records has said it appears to be real... so what's the question that's unanswered?

Oh, yeah...btw... the lawsuit also asked him to present two other documents, as well... a Certificate of Citizenship and some certificate of oath of allegience or some such nonsense... do you have either of these?

On a day which saw another eligibility-related lawsuit, this one in Connecticut, bite the dust, Philadelphia attorney Philip Berg remains cautiously optimistic after taking his own dismissed case to the highest court in all the land.

"At this point, we're waiting and hoping and praying that Justice Souter rules in our favor and delays tomorrow's election," said Berg, mentioning as well that he filed a supplemental argument with the Court today. "They have the power. The United States Supreme Court has the power. They stopped the count in Florida in 2000, I was there in the panhandle when they stopped the count."

LOL! That is awesome. Oh yeah, I got my oath of allegiance and my cerificate of citizenship right next to my "made in America" cert. of authenticity and my signed "totally american" cert. of oath of a pledge of love for my home country where I was really born, seriously, I was stamp.
