If either of his parents where citizens of another country at the time of the birth and he was born out of country, they will have to use the standard of the fatherscitizenship to determine his actual birth citizenship. In Kenya, wher his father still had citizenship, all rights of citizenship are determined by the father, not the mother. So, he is NOT a natural born US citizen. I also find this strange becasue the suit is being profered by a Klinton lackey lawyer, specificaly Ms. Klinton!!! Naturalised citizens may not run for the Presidency. They can only run to the top of either the senate or the congress, or the cabinate.

Yes it does disqualify him. McCain was born to 2 American parents in Panama. They were there due to military commitments. McCain is still considered a natural born American.

Obama on the other hand, was not born to 2 American parents, his father was Kenyan. His mother was not in Kenya (or where ever) due to a military commitment. He was later adopted by an Indonesian (Soetoro) and enrolled in Indonesian school at a time when Dual citizenship was not allowed. He had to be an Indonesian citizen to go to school there.

Later, in his 20's, Obama traveled under (what is believed to be) an Indonesian passport, making him still an Indonesian citizen after the age of majority.

So even if he WAS born in Hawaii, he would have had to reassert his oath of citizenship and there is no record of that either.

If the allegations are false, Obama could easily put this to rest by providing the vault copy of his birth certificate - unless it doesn't exist, then he's the biggest fraud since the bailout bill

I'm aftraid we will never know! The media is in the tank for Obama. They will never ask the tough questions and back him into a corner where he HAS to prove citizenship.
I was unaware of this question until today.

I guess the real question is why doesn't Obama just EASILY put this all to rest by getting a vault copy of his birth certificate and telling everyone to shut up?

Maybe, for some reason, it isn't so easy.

Because Obama Can't get a vault copy of his birth certificate. one doesn't exist.
just like he can't get an Oath of allegiance or a certification of citizenship they don't exist.

the fallout from this is going to be big. If its proven Obama couldn't run for POTUS and the DNC knew it, they will be finished as a party no one would trust them after this. Plus heads in the FEC would roll for not looking in to his eligibility.

His entire family says he was born in Kenya.
I think this is going to be one of those October surprises we hear about.

Doesn't the constitution say that if you're born of American parents you're automatically an American citizen no matter where the birth takes place?

And along these same lines, you're an American citizen if you were born in America of parents with any citizenship?


Very telling in my opinion that Obama won't release information pertaining to where he was born.


Along these same lines, what happens if the President-Elect is unable to fulfill the obligations of the office by inaguration time?
Does the VP-Elect automatically become the President?


I'm thinking the Dems figure that if they can get their guy into office it'll be easy to change laws around to fit the situation or simply ignore it altogether....

One of the main sources of funding The Annenberg Foundation is none other than George Soros. The Annenbergs where socialists of the first order when they where alive. Their foundation is known for practices that go against the grain of constitutionalists.

Ha Ha Ha.you are not a toll as far as I can tell,friend.Do you see my point though?The reason why we do not elect foreigners to the office of president is to prevent a conflict of interest.There is a MAJOR conflict of interest when these candidates work for multi-national entities which get no public scrutiny.
