First off, I simply made the point that a reasonable person would believe every major news source and the judgement of lawyers who can find their way
beyond wikipedia rather than these guysb ...but, hey, you can call that getting my panties in a bunch, but I think most people would that think it's
just common sense.
Secondly, You make a lot of claims here but I have seen no evidence to back them up.... first of all you claim that his whole family says that Obama
was born in Kenya... show me evidence of this... I've seen a bunch of people who posted "news" articles on right wing websites that claim this, and
a bunch of bloggers go around repeating this... but not one actual news article from a real newspaper... NOT EVEN FOX NEWS. Anyone can make a web site
in 20 minutes, that's doesn't mean anything . Why hasn't any real news source gotten hold of this? If you can show any actual evidence of your
claims, point me to it. Otherwise, it's simply unrealistic to believe that ALL of the mainstream media failed to realize this. and get what would be
fantastic scoop, making them lots of money... it just doesn't make sense.
... As for Berg's claims... Have you even read his lawsuit? His citiations, which point out "discrepencies" in Obama's story, come from Wikipedia
articles... look it up, it's right on Berg's website... No wonder the judge said it "wasn't worthy of discussion". The fact is, there are
thousands of real lawyers who would have written a real lawsuit, if there were real questions. They would make lot's of money . it would have been
the case of the century... but there aren't any real questions... just a bunch of people who posted "articles" on their personal websites and
lawyer who hasn't even taken this case seriously enough to research it... a lawyer who a history of frivolous, politically motivated lawsuits and is
collecting thousands of dollars in "donations" on his website.
Finally, as for McCain presenting his birth records... so has Obama. Again, there are a number of right wing webpages that question it's
authenticity, these are the same sites that already told a number of lies (such as creating a whole elaborate story about how a Cert of Live Birth is
not the same as a birth certificate, which you can disprove with a quick visit to Hawaii's office of Vital Statistics, also, these same "news
sites" made up another story about Pakistan not allowing non-muslims or Americans to travel there in 1981, so Obama must have travelled there on an
Indonesian visa... again, not true... there was the one about the Kenyan constitution, the one about citizenship not passing if the mother was under
19.... all of these were fabricated lies appearing nowhere but on these "news sites.") But no one else has a problem with it. Even an official from
the Hawaiian State Office of Vital Records has said it appears to be real... so what's the question that's unanswered?
Oh, yeah...btw... the lawsuit also asked him to present two other documents, as well... a Certificate of Citizenship and some certificate of oath of
allegience or some such nonsense... do you have either of these?
