Maybe its to late but, i download the 451 page bill, i0m doing a fast reading and i see some strange thinks, i'm not a lawyer but after 130 pages i can say this:

What in the hell have "ENERGY IMPROVE-
11 MENT AND EXTENSION ACT" with buy toxic assest, i beilive this is a way to include some kind of regulation in the use of Renewable energy.

Maybe i'm wrong but if you guys have time pls check this pages:

This bill goes a long way to buying up the bad debts from everywhere other than the US, places like Shanghai, Britain and Europe. The upshot of this economically is good for the US, but the downshot of it is that America potentially OWNS large portions of the world, which, to me, smells of NWO. How easy is it to take control of something if you technically own it? hmm?
