House Speaker Pelosi Used Political Donations to Pay Husband's Firm

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi paid her husband's real estate and investment firm nearly $100,000 from her political action committee over the past decade, a practice that she voted to ban last year and that her party condemned as part of the "culture of corruption" when Republicans did it.

The Washington Times is reporting that the California Democrat's husband, Paul F. Pelosi, owns Financial Leasing Services Inc., which has received $99,000 in rent, utilities and accounting fees from the speaker's "PAC to the Future" over the PAC's nine-year history.

So much attention is being paid to the Presidential Election and the two main candidates, that sometimes we forget to pay attention to other politicians. Maybe we need to pay a little more attention.

It's funny though how some of those outspoken libs we know and love here at ATS never seem to be around for topics like this isn't it?

You give a little slack and people take the whole rope. The problem is not the politicians, it is the people. If the government was for the people by the people then every politician would be held for corruption by the people. If only a few speak out and many don't then they will continue to do these things. Every person must wake up and take hold of what they allow to happen.
