So if it existis on that level,a whole nation beliveing in the number 8......why wouldnt other factors induldge in numerology?

OK, I have to step in here, because I actually study numerology. The 08/08/08 example is not numerology. The actual breakdown of the energy of that date would be calculated like this:

08+08+2008
which reduces to
8+8+10 or 1 (2+0+0+8=10 1+0=1)
8+8+1=17
1+7=8

The energy of 8 is wealth and abundance, as well as excellence and power. 8 reaches out into the world and expands it. The use of 8 as a 'lucky number' is cultural superstition and has nothing to do with numerology.

To explain numerology would take far longer that is possible on a forum such as this. Even the simplest book on the subject is over 300 pages.

Well isn't that special.

Your right. This thread has taken a very sour turn. I do not discount the validity of numerology. I just don't see the proof in this thread. Maybe the OP can expand off his original post. It's a good topic but just needs some substance.
