I currently have 3 ideas:
1.) There is only 1 of these cars, in the Bay Area, and it is privately owned by who knows who...
2.) It is some sort of official agency legitimately investigating UFO sightings... or...
3.) It is a government ploy to scare the people into believing that they are worried about UFOs... possibly setting the stage for a false flag invasion.
What do you think?
