This video is from yesterday. Watch this and tell me that I am crazy...Representative Michael Burgess says in no uncertain terms at 1:20 that we are under martial law.

This has been posted probably a dozen times today...it was for Congress so they could pass the Bill quicker (if it came to that).

The President is the one to declare ML.
