Treasury Would Emerge With Vast New Power

www.nytimes.com

The draft legislation, which will be put to a House vote on Monday, gives Treasury Secretary Henry M. Paulson Jr. and his successor extraordinary power to decide how the $700 billion bailout fund is spent. For example, if he thinks it wise, he may buy not only mortgages and mortgage-backed securities, but any other financial instrument.

Government control of all aspects of money policy, money creation (Federal Reserve), and WHO CONTROLS IT. With both parties of Congress on board with this unbelievable turn of events in our Countrys history as well as something I should NOT HAVE EVER seen in MY lifetime this has to be close to the final end game of the Global elite. I can only see one thing that comes from this..........THE AMERO. Other than that we are screwed.

PS. Not meaning Amero as a good thing just considering the reaction and the "solution" for our so called Government as this is the only reason why something like this would be going on. If the Amero isn't the goal than we have a much bigger problem than ANYONE CAN UNDERSTAND.

Alexander Hamilton would be proud. If you read any of the Federalist Papers that he authored, he was a total control monger when it came to a centralized banking system. There was a lot of opposition to his positions concerning the banking system.

Hamilton's quotes certainly coincide with Ron Pauls at the moment....and will reverberate with generations to come.

The Government is basically admitting, with this action, that the Federal Reserve has been and always will be at the whim of the US Government. This will be a hard pill to swallow for those that believe in our type of Government.

We need to "reinstate" our Constitution and return rights to the States. This might be a process that takes time but at least we need to show the commitment. Other wise this can turn into a Catastrophy unlike anything we have EVER seen, even for those who lived during the Great Depression.
