Well, although not a band, I did see Ronald Reagan give a speech in 1988.

About 10 years back I went to see a Bill Cosby stand-up show and sat in the front row -- just about 4 or 5 meters away from him. After leaving the show, we found ourselves behind his limo. Surprisingly he pulled into Dairy Queen (I assume to get a pudding pop perhaps).

As for bands, I haven't seen a whole lot - Primus, Green Day, Tom Petty, U2 (Sydney) are among my fav's.

I've only ever been to one big concert, because I live so far out in the country I can't get to any of the big cities easily.

For my 21st birthday I was sent to see a show with my best mate in Newcastle, Australia.

We saw Behind Crimson Eyes, Altarbridge, P.O.D. and Disturbed.

Was literally the best night of my life. I had never experienced anything like it before. I couldn't speak for days because of all the screaming and excitement.

This is the opening of that show. Glad someone recorded it.

I've only ever seen 1 band live.

That was The Who,last year at Wembly Arena. I only went cos my mates said they'd come to a rave with me if i wentto a concert with them. (they've still not been shape throwing with me,bleedin lightweights)

Might be going to see the Prodigy on their new album tour in the spring,as they're a group I've been meaning to see live.

Seen a billion and 1 live techno/acid techno/hardcore/gabba acts. Favourite being DDR every time. He knows how to tweak them knobs

Not wanting to sound like an auld fart but Glastonbury is not what it used to be.
Commercialism seems to take precedence nowadays, I would have loved to have gone when it was a free festival etc.
I was hoping to do V and Beautiful Days this year but may not get to either of them due to work commitments and other social outings.

I always wanted to go to Tribal Gathering but never got round to it i'm afraid.



Have been to a few festivals though, both large and small.

One of my favourites was Phoenix 96

So many very good memories.


I've also seen Oasis a few times and they are very good live, coincedentally I also think Masterplan is possibly their best song.
I saw Noel Gallagher do an acoustic set supporting Paul Weller once and he was absolutely fantastic but regrettably despite being constantly urged to he refused to play Masterplan.
I had excellent seats at Newcastle City Hall and was fortunate to be able to watch Gallagher in the wings throughout Weller's set; he drank several can's of lager, smoked a packet of Benson's and danced like a lunatic non-stop.
Weller, as always, was great.

I will always go to live concerts but unfortunately due to other commitments and the lack of decent venues I won't get to see as many as I used to.
A shame.

Hmmm...last gig i saw was in Dubai Hard Rock cafe. indie bands called Crimson Debacle. they rocked the stadium! I'm not really into indie bands but they were screamo! Totally loved their drummer! Didn't expect a backflip from a girl drummer but she did. :|

Saw Green Day last night, was amazing.

Billie Joe had the audience in the palm of his hand.

The Bravery opened for them...they were ok.

I went to the tribal gatheing some time ago with mates,we got realy drunk and didnt like it there so tried to sober up quick to drive home(the driver wasnt as wasted as we were,got lucky there)
