Firsthand observation of increased EM/military activity

I was originally not going to share this with ATS, but after thinking about it for a few days, I remembered how one thread I started in the past (www.abovetopsecret.com...) turned out that I was not alone in my thoughts, and perhaps I should have mentioned it earlier.

There is not a shred of evidence to suggest that this "means" anything in particular, but just in case anyone else can add to my observations, here we go.

First of all, in my full-time job I work very closely with the emergency management agencies in my area, and on this past Saturday, for the first time ever, we had a mock "callup" drill, where the person whom each of us reports to calls around and attempts to reach everyone on the list. It was a first for me even after 14+ years in the military and 7+ years in law enforcement, and the EM people I work with said it was the first time this had happened for them as well.

Secondly, as you may know from reading my ATS posts, my main hobby is amateur radio, and a lot of my friends and acquaintances are radio "geeks" like me. I hate to have to be so vague, but during the past week, there has been a remarkable increase in the testing of military/government radio systems here in New England. A system that I was once one of the people in charge of, which is almost never used, was tested at various hours of the day. That is particularly strange because the people normally on that system work only during the day. Another system appears to suddenly have had lots of antenna work done and/or a new antenna site(s), as the coverage has dramatically increased, and again for some reason people are testing the system at all hours of the day and night. The only other time there was this much activity was in the weeks following 9/11 (note: I said following, not before, for what it's worth).

If it were not for all of the speculation surrounding current events leading to something big in the near future, I would chalk all of this up to just coincidental events occurring at the same time.

i believe this is significant w/what you are experiencing and i believe and feel those on the red and blue list are about to disappear.

From deep back channels I have confirmed that planned assassinations of any U.S. Citizens who are on the "red list" will commence on 10/1/2008. That does not mean that mass numbers of bodies will be appearing that week. It does mean that systematic elimination of those on that "red list".....Ie. Those who could lead resistance, opinion makers or those in the media..... Main stream or alternative, certain known militia leaders and members, patriotic ex military who could train and lead citizens in resistance to tyrants and their martial law privations , and current U.S. Military that would side with their fellow citizens against tyranny.... will take place. I heard this would be handled by assigned assets in the U.S. Military, private contractors, intel assets, corporate security trouble shooters, and foreign troops currently billeted in training facilities on U.S. Military bases, or in clandestine bases in rural areas, closed military bases, or even deep underground bases and recently purchased mining properties.

Just another piece to the puzzle. You were right to post this. Something like this would be considered "standard" at some other time. But right now? With the economy on the verge of collapsing, an entire ARMY being called home for "civilian patrols", and various prophets/psychics/software saying "something big is coming in the first weeks of October?

Just another straw on the back of the camel.

This is exactly the sort of credible evidence we need to support our claims. The only time, while I was in the USAF, that we did this exercise, was when we started Desert Shield after Desert Storm was over.

ive been doing some researcg on google earth and theres EM towers being put up everywhere,in one nieghbourhood alone there were 11 TRANSMITTER towers.big ones,no neighborhood on earth needs 11 full blown transmitter towers,

they were even transmitter arrays on top of apartment blocks,once again full blown mircowave emmiters,many of them.
even the hosptial was full of emiiters of all kinds.

according to what i know EM can be used to to alter moods,control thoughts,induce the "voice of god" within people and so on...

something is up...big time.

yes i concur,whatever happens,some how they get burried.

often posts on other threads go into overdrive moving the good thread down the order to be forgotten.

they used to debunk the truthful ones,now they just focus on moving it down the order as quickly as possible.

I thought it was odd there was a police car at the road to the Fort Campbell base this week,with a flag man waving cars through the light.What business would the state police have in working for the military and why can't they use their own people?What was so urgent that they could not wait at a light for a few minutes before they turn towards the base?Did it have anything to do with the UFO'S flying around here lately?

I have noticed A LOT of various military training excercises near my house in the past few weeks. The strange thing is, they're not coming from the only reserve base within 10 miles of my home. I also seriously doubt they're jogging more than 10 miles just to get to my part of the city.

I've lived in this city for all of my life and I've never seen anything like what they've been doing lately. Creepy.

Is the radio system you spoke of, the one you were in charge of and which you say, is almost never used, an independent, "back-up"/contingency system to the normal C3 (Command, Control, Communications) system?


If answering would violate operational security, I understand.



The reason I ask:

Within the last few of weeks, towards end of the "war" in Georgia and prior to the threatened "Melt-down" on Wall Street, I had heard, through contacts, that a plan for a computer virus-based attack against the Russian C3 system had been uncovered in Georgia by Russian undercover agents.

The details of the US involvement in thwarting this attack against Russia (thus preventing a Major, and horrifically bloody, escalation of the Georgian conflict) are convoluted, at best.

Suffice to say that one of the benefits gained by the US for its assistance was a better understanding of the structure of the "virus", its method of deployment and its method and level of potential destruction.




I'm just wondering if, having been privy to an opponent's military operations (by analyzing the structure of the virus and the targets it was designed to attack, we can eveluate our own vulnerabilities) that system you speak of might be being activated as a precaution?

Now I can't say much for the houston area because of Hurricane Ike and the rebuilding, but even in the area where i live where only tree limbs fell off or a fence blew over, there has been a huge increase in military activity.

I say that because I live next to a rail road and I have never seen a military train with vehicals and supplies on it. That is, humvees, medical trucks, the big 6 axel troop carriers.

"In support of civil authority" is the DOD code phrase for this. After some planning and exercises with the "local authorities", they won't be needed anymore. If a combat arms unit (of whatever size) is "protecting" citizens with open-ended ROE and martial law powers, can they really tust the local Sherrif's deputies to act against their neighbors? That's when the unmarked graves in the national forests begin to fill up.

i know that there was increased military presence in ellijay, georgia on august 14th this year due to a suspicious device investigated by us army a bomb squad

In an event that brought the Georgia Bureau of Investigation’s (GBI) bomb squad and the explosive ordinance division (EOD) from the U.S. Army’s Fort Gillem in Atlanta, law enforcement officials were investigating a suspicious device that was located off Conasauga Road in northwestern Gilmer County Tuesday evening, Aug. 12. Gilmer County deputies responded to the call in the early afternoon and determined that some of the articles visible in the militarytype ammunition storage box looked like explosives. The sheriff ’s department asked for assistance from the GBI’s bomb disposal unit. Upon their arrival, more “explosive-related materials” were discovered and the Army’s EOD unit was called to investigate. Members of that unit arrived with police escort by nightfall.

i have seen a small convoy on the back roads headed in that direction shortly after the incident on the 16th as we were headed in the opposite direction.

RaynMaker, I understand fully your reluctance to post more details on the increased activity you are witnessing. Its obvious that all the lines are being rapidly blurred between domestic civil emergency management, law enforcement, and homeland military activity. It's all being enmesshed together now, and soon all civil law-enforcement duties will be fully militarized, and it looks like thats all moving rapidly enough along to be completed at least by year-end, if not sooner I suspect. Though I am keenly interested, I will not encourage you to divulge anything more. One technical question though. Is this increased transmitter activity confined to standard HAM radio frequencies, or are they also beginning to transmit possibly in new bandwidths and/or encryted digital transmissions? I ask this because I suspect the NWO has been covertly deploying a private radio communication network for the last 6 or 7 years by piggybacking on cell phone towers and even existing commercial radio towers too, not to mention the tens of thousands of towers the DOD has installed in plain view throught North America post 9/11/01 in the name of Homeland Defense. I suspected all along they would deploy the new in-the-field communications gadgets (hand held receivers, helmets-with-built-inradio-gear, etc. ) just before martial law is invoked, and I suspect this is exactly what you are alluding to, but thats only an educated guess. It would make sense that they would deploy their new communication toys only at the last minute, so as not to blow their cover on all their hard work over the past few years putting their stealth comm network in place before the TAKEOVER.

I apologize if I am hitting too close to the truth, but I've been watching this develop over the years, and it comes as no suprise that this increased radio presence and activity would surface at this very moment.

Just to satisfy my own curiosity, on a scale of 1 to 10, how close to the truth am I on this?

You know, I was in Ellijay just a couple days after that event near the Conasauga river. And I believe the event was staged by the authorities as a cover story for all of the increased covert military presence alongside all the GBI/FBI/FEMA/GEMA and local law enforcement that converged there in mid-August. How conveniet. I think this was one coordinated covert military excercise going on in the Chatahoochee National Forest area, which the alledged discovery of the military bomb device was found in. Conasauga road in Gilmer county, of course, leads north right into the heart of the Chatahoochee National forest, and that is where the majority of the old forest service roads start from is Lake Conasauga Road. I rember this from back a few years ago when I first moved to Ellijay, I did a lot of hiking and exploring in that area near Lake Conasauga and on out towards Jack Rivers Falls.

Perhaps Raymaker could look at some USGS maps and maybe post it here, because I distinctly remember just tons of crisscrossing old forest service roads and old logging roads that seemed to fan out north from Lake Conasuga area toward CNF. That area would make a perfect spot to set up a domestic military command post, if I were planning a TAKEOVER, I would want to put my command center right there, to easily deploy my troops so as to keep the domestic population from even thinking about fleeing into the CNF, if they wanted to try to escape into the closest National Forest from Atlanta. Anyways, the "bomb discovery" just made a perfect cover for all the exercixses I belive they started just about mid-August in the CNF. This is about 90% speculation, but I wouldn't be suprised to learn it is exactly whats going on up there. And lets not forget what I saw going on at the "rabbit hole" chicken houses when I was there on August 19th...

A few questions:

1> What freq ranges? HF, UHF, VHF, SW, SSB?
2> Encrypted?
3> Any burst transmissions?
4> Have you been able to do any DF on any of it?
5> Has the "codeword" on the callout been changed recently?
